| Medical waste glass infusion bottles usually refer to containers of various specifications containing medical liquids that are discarded due to use,and their composition includes medical materials such as glass,rubber,and aluminum.The current treatment methods are mainly manual or small workshop-style mechanized sorting and recycling,which makes it difficult to deal with a large number of medical waste bottles,and it is difficult to improve the efficiency of recycling companies.Therefore,exploring a process of mechanized sorting and recycling with a certain scale will play a huge positive role in resource reuse and economic development.This article focuses on the status quo of treatment and recycling of medical waste glass infusion bottles,and proposes a process for recycling through two crushing and eddy current screening.However,the current crushing equipment has insufficient restrictions on the maximum and minimum product size,and cannot retain the complete bottle head,nor can it be used as the first crushing device in the proposed process.Therefore,this article focuses on the first crushing of medical waste glass infusion bottles.Equipment design and research.The main research contents of this article include:(1)Propose a process flow of twice crushing and recycling by eddy current screening,which has the advantages of high efficiency and precise sorting;(2)Based on the above process,it is proposed to use shear and impact to crush medical waste bottles,and the form of the primary crusher is determined to be a double-tooth roller type;(3)Determine the parameters of the discrete element model of medical waste bottles by simulation experiments.On this basis,use discrete element simulation to analyze and predict the particle size of the crusher product;(4)Perform static simulation on the core component of the crushing knife,explore the law of the stress and strain distribution when the material is crushed,and evaluate the possible failure modes;(5)Perform modal analysis on the toothed roller and the whole machine respectively,and obtain the first six-order vibration shape diagram and natural frequency.By comparing with the working frequency of the toothed roller,it is analyzed whether resonance will occur and the impact of vibration on the equipment.(6)Complete the prototype assembly with virtual assembly guidance,and verify and analyze the design results simulation conclusions through experiments.The crusher designed in this paper meets the first crushing requirement of the two-crushing process;the recovery process and crusher proposed are reasonable and feasible after testing. |
