| The steel scrap double-geared roller crusher possesses advantages of simple structure,reliable performance,high efficiency,etc.Under such an industry background,for the crushing efficiency of steel scrap double-geared roller crusher under different conditions and the safety under low-order frequency vibration of the crusher,this paper took the first stage crushing as the main research stage and analyzed the crushing process of crusher.First,this paper simply described the main components and material parameters of the steel scrap roller crusher,introduced the tooth failure and tooth arrangement of roller gear,and analyzed the crushing mechanism of the crusher.It determined the structure size,and then conducted 3D modeling for the steel scrap double-geared roller crusher.A material crushing model has been built based on the discrete element idea.This paper selected and determined the contact model of steel crap materials and set the physical parameters of bonding bonds according to the stress conditions between different bonding bonds.After setting the particle parameters,It defined the geometry materials and movement parameters,and finished the pre-processing module of EDEM software.This paper selected roller offset angle,roller rotational speed and material proportion respectively as independent variables to explore the influence of aforementioned parameters on crushing efficiency and roller stress.The roller offset angle is 0°,6°,12°,18°and24°.The upper roller rotational speed is 1.5rad/s,2.0rad/s,2.5rad/s,3.0rad/s and 3.5rad/s.The material proportion is 1:2:3,2:1:3 and 3:2:1.It simulated the crushing process of materials using the EDEM software,This paper explored the condition in which the crusher works most efficiently.Finally,it exported the main components modules of crusher into ANSYS Workbench software,and divided the grids after setting the material parameters and boundary conditions.It connected the document and then determined the frequency range.Through modal analysis for the main components of crusher with Modal module,it obtained the ten frequency and cloud diagram of vibration mode,and reached the rules of vibration mode.Figure 64;Table 18;Reference 55... |
