Research On The Construction Agent Contract Structure Of The New Campus Construction Project Of The Local University

With the implementation of my country’s higher education expansion policy,the old campuses of local colleges and universities have been unable to accommodate more students due to limited land use.For this reason,local colleges and universities are building new campuses one after another.At present,the construction projects of new campuses are mostly managed by the agent construction system.The success and effectiveness of the project construction depend on the effective implementation of the agent construction contract management.This thesis focuses on the problems in the management of agent construction contracts in the construction of new campuses of local colleges and universities.Starting from the definition and related theories of new campuses,agent construction system and contract management in local colleges and universities,it discusses the problems of agent construction contracts in the construction of new campuses.Carry out cause analysis and propose that to solve the problem of agent construction contract management,the problem of contract structure planning should be solved first.Based on the comparative analysis of the contract structure of the three agent construction models,the work content WBS and workflow of the construction of the new campus,as well as the OBS organizational structure and information flow,are sorted out,so as to explore the form of the agent construction contract structure.By analyzing the content and combination ideas of the general contract function modules and special modules that constitute the contract text,according to the agent construction projects of new campuses of different local universities,the design of general contract function modules and special function modules(including modules with new campus construction characteristics)is proposed.Combination in order to quickly establish a contract text that meets the construction needs of the new campus of the university,provide prerequisites for contract management,and reduce management risks.Through the research on the contract structure of the new campus of local colleges and universities,it can not only provide a theoretical reference for the contract management of the new campus of the colleges and universities,but also provide new ideas for the realization of the project management objectives of the new campus.
