Research On The Diffusion Mechanism Of Collusion Of Project Bidder

The construction industry has played a part in the national economy,and it is important to guide the development of the construction market.In recent years,supply in the construction market has passed demand,corporate profit margins have been gradually compressed,and market competition has become fierce.Project bidding is a key role in the competition,and the phenomenon of collusion has been repeatedly prohibited,which has seriously affected the development vitality of the construction industry and the efficiency of resource allocation.Project bidding collusion is an illegal group behavior,and individual behavior decision-making is influenced by others,and the collusion process is dynamic.In previous studies,it is rare to analyze the collusion process of individual bidding behaviors evolving into group behaviors from the perspective of interpersonal interaction.Therefore,it is necessary to study the proliferation of bidder’s collusion behavior,reveal its internal mechanism and evolutionary law,and provide measures for bidder’s collusion.Based on literature and theoretical research,this research firstly analyzes the five core concepts of project collusion,bidding collusion,bidder collusion,bidder collusion network,and bidder collusion proliferation,and is with collusion theory and stimulates-organism-Reaction theory and behavior diffusion as the core,with social network theory and evolutionary simulation theory as the key.Secondly,through literature and interviews,it discusses the dynamics and characteristics of the proliferation of project bidders’ collusive behavior,identifies and summarizes the influencing factors of the proliferation of bidders’ collusive behavior,determines the key influencing factors and clarifies their roles.Furthermore,with the help of social network to state the small world trait of bidders,the small world network of bidders is used as the carrier and medium for the spread of collusive behavior,with theory of behavior diffusion,and the spread of conspiracy behavior of project bidders is expanded and constructed on the basis of the infectious disease SIR model.Theoretical model.Finally,the simulation modeling technology of ABMS is used to carry out evolutionary simulation on the spread of the collusion behavior of project bidders.Research shows:(1)The social relationship affects the proliferation of project bidders’ collusive behavior.Cost-benefit evaluation and social imitation learning are the driving forces for the proliferation of project bidders’ collusive behavior.The diffusion process of bidders’ collusive behavior is complicated Features of flexibility,non-linearity,dynamics and adaptability.(2)The social network of bidders on which the spread of collusive behavior of project bidders depends has obvious small-world characteristics.The diffusion process of bidders’ collusion behavior is the change process of three behavior states: susceptible state,adoption state and resistance state of bidders’ collusion behavior.(3)Project bidders’ risk preference,network scale,aggregation coefficient and market competition environment promote the spread of collusive behavior,and bidders’ moral concepts and industry supervision mechanisms restrain the spread of collusive behavior.Starting with the four major measures of innovating punishment methods,enhancing education and lead,optimizing the bidding environment,and enlarging industry supervision,the proliferation of collusive behaviors of project bidders can be restrained.This research reveals the diffusion mechanism of project bidder’s collusion behavior and enriches the research system of bidding collusion.The conclusions are helpful to enhance the cognition of the collusion of project bidders,and are conducive to the relevant measures taken by the competent government departments to restrain the occurrence and spread of the bidding collusion behavior,and boost the healthy operation of the construction bidding market.
