Construction project bidding is a widely accepted and used means of transaction in the world to assign or undertake engineering tasks.It not only conforms to the competition mechanism of the market economy,but also effectively promotes the realization of the optimum allocation of social resources.China's construction projects are now thriving,and the bidding system has become best choice for the owner to determine the contractors.However,due to the late start of the implementation of bidding system in China,there are still many defects and problems in the bidding process,which need to be further improved.On the basis of reviewing relevant theory of bidding mechanism,taking the office building of XN as an example and the practice of its supporting work,this paper puts forward the problems and causes of bidding of Nanning construction project,and tries to find reasons from government supervision,the subject of bidding,improvement of the legal system and other perspectives.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the counter measures to solve the bidding of construction projects in Nanning.That is,launch a training course,improve the bidder professional ethics;roll the ball lottery to select the winning bidder;fulfill the contract conscientiously;regulate the behavior of the bid evaluation experts;improve the bidding system and ensure the quality of bid evaluation;strengthen the management of the tender agency;improve the main functions of government;improve the legal process;establish and improve the integrity of the construction market system.
