A Study On Characteristics Of Environmental Factors Supporting Neighborhood Recreation Activities In Community Parks From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand Matching

Today’s high-strength,high-density urban construction has caused the recreational space of urban residents to be squeezed and the site occupied.In addition,the traditional implementation standards for recreational allocation are restricted by various conditions and cognitive levels,and their allocation is no longer sufficient for the thriving residents’ recreational environment needs,resulting in the misalignment of supply and demand for recreational resource allocation,which has severely affected to a certain extent the healthy living environment of inhabitant.Neighbourhood Recreational Activities are an important way for residents to improve their physical and mental health and quality of life.Community parks are the most important supporting place.Be smart about the resource allocation of its internal recreational environment plays an important role in alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand in the recreational environment and improving resource utilization efficiency.If the unpopular recreational environment is over-configured,it will not only fail to meet the actual needs of residents,But will also cause deviations in the quality of life of residents,and even more constructive waste.For example,after the completion of some large squares in cities,not only did it fail to achieve the expected purpose of improving residents’ recreational quality,but it also brought problems such as complicated management and high maintenance costs in the later stage.On the contrary,the proper allocation of resources can not only meet the actual needs of residents for recreational activities,and greatly satisfy residents’ emotional and environmental use;it can also give play to the government’s functional role in improving the efficiency of public resource allocation.Coupled with the high-quality and high-efficiency development concept guided by the "Park City",there are deeper requirements for the design and construction of community parks.Therefore,discussing how to coordinate and balance the supply and demand matching relationship of community park recreational resources has important theoretical and practical significance.At present,research on the supply and demand of recreational resources is mostly focused on the overall performance of the park’s distribution fairness and accessibility,and the description of the supply and demand of the park’s internal environment to promote recreational activities needs to be improved.Therefore,this research summarizes the current status of community parks supporting Neighborhood Recreational Activities,analyzes and elaborates the characteristics of residents’ recreational activities and the environmental factors of the park induced,and builds a supply-demand matching model on this basis.The empirical study takes 15 community parks in Chong Qing as the research sample,and measures the residents’ environmental demand and the supply of park environmental factors by means of comprehensive semantic evaluation(SD),mental map,and on-site surveys.The supply-demand matching index is calculated and the supply-demand analysis matrix is used to jointly measure each the supply-demand relationship of environmental factors to reveal the characteristics of each environmental factor in different supply-demand matching relationships.Taking the obtained empirical research conclusions as the starting point,and drawing on the same type of research theories,the micro-level exploratory researches were carried out on the optimization and transformation suggestions for the problems of"place lack" and "place deterioration" in community park activity spaces.The research puts forward spatial optimization suggestions for the "disharmony of places" and"diversified needs" of community parks,strengthens the pertinence and feasibility of environmental design guidance and control such as planning and landscape,and comprehensively improves the support of community parks for Neighbourhood Recreational Activities.Supply and demand matching" function.From the perspective of supply-demand matching,studying the recreational environment configuration of community parks and improving the quality of residents’ recreational activities is not only a single discipline to assist managers,social capital,residents,etc.to participate in the construction and governance of community parks,but also multi-disciplinary coordination and in-depth analysis and balance the responsibilities and demands of all parties in order to guide all parties to reach a consensus are also the key to responding to residents’ health problems based on space guidance and control.The continued advancement and deepening of this research should also strengthen the refinement and attention to topics such as "multi-disciplinary and multi-faceted joint participation" and "targeted environmental design guidance and control".
