Research On Diversified Design Strategies Of Prefabricated Buildings

In the process of rapid development of prefabricated buildings in China,the lack of individuation caused by standardization needs has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.At the same time,users’ needs and market competition also pose new challenges to individualized design of buildings.Realizing the organic combination of standardization and individuation of prefabricated buildings is an important condition to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.Prefabricated building refers to the building form which is assembled by manufacturing building components in factories and transporting them to construction sites.Compared with traditional construction methods,the development of prefabricated building is conducive to saving resources,protecting the environment,improving quality,improving efficiency and promoting sustainable development,which is a major change and an important development direction of the construction industry.In recent years,in the process of vigorously promoting the development of prefabricated buildings in China,the problem of lack of architectural individuality caused by standardization advocated by prefabricated buildings is becoming more and more obvious,that is,there is a contradiction between the requirements of standardization and customization.To solve this problem,it is necessary to explore many possibilities of "individualized" expression of buildings under the requirements of "standardization" in the architectural design stage.In the first chapter,this paper puts forward the problem that "prefabricated buildings need to solve the problem of lack of diversity and realize diversified design",and introduces in detail the background,research status,purpose and significance,object and scope,content and method,research framework and innovation points.The second,third and fourth chapters are the process of analyzing the problems.The second chapter mainly analyzes the contents related to prefabricated buildings and their design,including the concept,basic principles,basic types,standardization and diversification concepts of prefabricated buildings,and studies and analyzes the theories related to diversified design of prefabricated buildings,including open architecture theory,flexible design theory and IFD theory.The third chapter has carried out the investigation and analysis of the engineering cases of typical prefabricated buildings built in China,including domestic and foreign practical cases and the specific diversified design techniques used,including skin,material,shape,interior and other aspects,and obtained relevant enlightenment on diversified design strategies of prefabricated buildings.The fourth chapter,based on the previous analysis and research contents,refines the relevant key points of diversified design of prefabricated buildings and makes a simple analysis,which lays the foundation for the following specific design strategies.The fifth chapter is a link to solve the problem.Through the analysis and research of the previous chapters,the paper puts forward specific strategies,and discusses the main points of architectural form,skin,space and interior.The proposed design strategies are feasible,practical and valuable for reference.The sixth chapter is the practice of trial design,and some of the strategies proposed in the fifth chapter are used flexibly according to the actual needs to confirm the feasibility of the proposed strategies.The development of prefabricated buildings needs the efforts and innovation of architects and the whole industry.Architects should recognize the important position of architectural design in the whole industrial chain and attach importance to the power of "personalized design".Form,skin,space and interior are just a few design perspectives that reflect the individuation of architecture.To truly realize the individuation design of prefabricated buildings,the most important thing is to proceed from the whole and consider comprehensively.When standardization and personalized design are no longer in conflict and highly organically combined,it is possible for prefabricated buildings to develop a series of building products with large-scale production,high-efficiency assembly,high-quality use,high-efficiency returns,which meet both functional and practical requirements and individual requirements,and then form a set of industrial chain of prefabricated building design and construction belonging to China.
