Space Control Strategy Of East And West Mountain In Taiyuan City From The Perspective Of Space Resources Control

"Ecological civilization" is included in the outline of China’s five-in-one construction.The harmonious and sustainable development of man and nature has become a key element in the development of contemporary civilization.Natural resources are the foundation for the development of human society.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,how to realize the intensive use and sustainable development of resources and establish a reasonable natural resource control system is a hot spot in ecological planning research.Recently,the Party Central Committee proposed the establishment of a land-based spatial planning system,marking a major innovation in China’s statutory planning system.The formulation of national land space planning is inevitably linked to the space resources based on land and resources.Constructing space management methods based on space resource control is the research appeal of this paper.Taiyuan City is the capital city of Shanxi Province.It is a cultural city with a history of 2,500 years.It is a national energy and heavy chemical industry base and one of the important central cities in North China.East and West Mountain in Taiyuan City is the edge of the east and west sides of Taiyuan City,and it is also the strategic expansion space for the future development of Taiyuan City.On the one hand,Dongxi Mountain has a superior ecological and humanistic environment,a wide variety of natural resources and abundant reserves,and is rich in historical and cultural relics.On the other hand,the mountain features of the Eastern and Western Mountains lead to terrain,geology,climate,hydrology and other factors and plain cities.The difference is huge,the development is difficult and there is a disaster risk.Realizing the sustainable development of space resources and evading the high-value and high-risk areas of space resources and clarifying the guidance of the east-west space of the East and West Mountains is a key issue in the development and protection of the East and West Mountains in Taiyuan.In view of the above problems,this paper constructs a space management method based on space resource control in Taiyuan City,and the core is to guide the construction of land space control through the comprehensive analysis of space resources.Firstly,the distribution characteristics of various spatial resources in the research scope are analyzed,and the spatial resource value evaluation and risk assessment are carried out.The East and West mountain resource value evaluation zoning and risk level assessment zoning are obtained respectively.Then,based on the comprehensive analysis of space value and risk evaluation,the overall space is customized.Control and control pattern,design and control policies;finally divide the space management and control unit,construct the control unit category and management and control index system,and implement spatial differential control and space resource control through unit management.Based on this method,the current situation analysis of the research object Taiyuan Dongshan is carried out,including the process of historical changes of the East and West Mountain development,the distribution characteristics of various types of spatial resources and the analysis of the characteristics of the East and West Mountains.Then,the spatial resource service function is used to compare the spatial resource value.Evaluation,the estuary evaluation of the value index of the East and West Mountain resources,the risk of risk factors and the environmental vulnerability of the pregnancy resources,and the risk analysis of the East and West resources risk assessment zoning;then,based on the comprehensive analysis of value and risk,construction The overall control and division of the East and West Mountain space is divided into suitable construction areas,limited construction areas and prohibited construction areas.Then,relying on the distribution of small watersheds,a total of 59 space control units were divided to establish four categories of ecological protection,tourism services,mine restoration and human protection,and 30 indicators including resource management,space management and factor governance were developed..Finally,the C-9 unit control is used as an example of space unit tube control.From the perspective of space resource regulation,this paper fully considers the value elements and risk elements of mountain space resources,takes into account the regional spatial pattern and practical problems of the research objects,and constructs a space management and control system that integrates the overall control and division and space unit management and control to realize the east and west mountains.The sustainable development of space resources and the rational development and protection requirements of land and space provide theoretical methods and practical basis for the development and protection of mountain space,and promote the improvement of the system and method of ecological civilization construction.Most of the basic data of this research comes from the subject of the author’s participation in the study of urban development strategy of Taiyuan City-the third topic of the evaluation of space resources elements.Among them,Appendix C—Taiyuan City Land Development Suitability
