| As the transitional space between Qinling Mountains and plains,the effective protection and rational utilization of the northern foot of Qinling Mountains have been highly valued by the state.In the process of relevant planning practice,it is found that the protection of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains is mostly non-dynamic circle protection.It is difficult to support and refine the specific planning at the meso and micro levels.It is only planned and arranged at the macro scale and presented as an outline planning and control.This is precisely the realistic representation that China ’s current territorial space planning system has not yet built a technical application system that meets the sustainable development and fine control objectives.The imperfection of this technology application and regulatory system makes it difficult to implement the overall goal of planning and control in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains to the micro level,and the results of management and control zoning are difficult to land on the actual plot.In the face of the current comprehensive development of territorial spatial planning and the planning goal of ensuring ecological security,how to effectively implement the results of spatial control zoning to maintain ecosystem stability is one of the main topics in this field.Firstly,this paper analyzes the connection between the Chang ’an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains and the current land space planning system in China through scale theory and synergy theory.Under the background of detailed land space planning,this paper tries to construct the implementation path of spatial control zoning in the Chang ’an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains,and carries out relevant empirical exploration.Then,through the theory of ecosystem services,the spatial control division and implementation of the general rules of control in Chang ’an section of the northern foot of Qinling Mountains are studied.Thirdly,through the pattern-process-function theory,the division of management and control units and the implementation of management and control guidelines in Chang ’an section of the northern foot of Qinling Mountains are analyzed.Finally,the site zoning and implementation control plan of the control unit in the Chang ’an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains are analyzed.In order to provide scientific reference for the spatial control performance and planning implementation of the region,and provide reference for the planning and implementation of the national shallow mountain space.This study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which clarifies the research background,object,purpose and significance of the paper,and combs the existing research on the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains,the current situation of the implementation of the spatial control zoning in the Chang ’an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains,and finally determines the research content,basic methods and overall writing framework.The second chapter is the research tool and technical route.Through the analysis of the practical problems and subject problems of space control in Chang ’an section of the northern foot of Qinling Mountains,it points out the dilemma of environmental protection and utilization in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains.At the same time,the key problem of this paper is put forward : how to establish the implementation path of spatial control zoning in Chang ’an section of northern Qinling Mountains ? Based on the literature review and ’ object-problemtheory ’ matching,the relevant basic theories are determined,and the scale theory,ecosystem service theory,pattern-process-function theory and synergy theory are analyzed.The connection between the control and land planning system in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains in the control object,subject and tool is analyzed,which guides the analysis framework and implementation path of this paper.The third chapter is the research on the general rules of scale management and control in Chang ’an section of the northern foot of Qinling Mountains at the macro level.Through the construction of safety pattern and the delineation and classification of management and control units for the characteristics of Chang ’an section of the northern foot of Qinling Mountains,the analysis of section management and control elements identifies the access requirements and implementation direction of human activities.The fourth chapter is the study of the control unit scale control guidelines for the Chang ’an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains at the meso level.The unit index system is analyzed around the control elements to clarify the unit control guidelines.The fifth chapter is the micro-level Chang’an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains control unit site plot scale control plan research and analysis of different ecological space site plot use control and ecological design methods to determine the plot control plan.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.The main conclusions of this study include the following two points :(1)Construct the implementation path of ecological space management and control zoning in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains.Based on the spatial control zoning of Chang ’an section in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains,this paper analyzes the control elements of natural and human processes in the section,and puts forward the general rules of activity behavior control in Chang ’an section at the macro level,the control guidelines of unit index system at the meso level and the implementation path of spatial control zoning of site use control at the micro level.(2)The management and control maps of different scales of ecological space in Chang ’an section of the northern foot of Qinling Mountains were compiled.Taking the Chang ’an section of the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains as an example,according to the ecological environment background characteristics and economic construction and development demands of different scale regions,a multi-level and dynamic conduction zoning control map is formed to promote the implementation of coordinated control between different scale levels,so as to achieve the transmission between the overall goal and the local goal,and realize the guidance control of the upper layer to the lower layer and the information feedback optimization adjustment of the lower layer to the upper layer. |
