The inset intelligent building(I~2B)platform technology is an important technical achievement in the field of architecture,which contains the internet,internet of things,big data and other disciplines.It has been focused broadly because it can solve various problems in the intelligent control of buildings due to traditional centralized architecture.Architecture space unit(ASU)is the most important place with the closest relationship with people,is an important embodiment of distributed ideas in space.It is of great significance that the ASU is the basic unit of environmental regulation research.However,there are many equipment systems in the ASU,leading to complicated control information.At the same time,different equipment systems and control loops exist in a space at the same time,leading to a high degree of coupling between each other.It is extremely difficult to achieve satisfied control effect of ASU,and the(I~2B)platform technology can solve these problems.Therefore,this manuscript will conduct an in-depth study on the environmental regulation of ASU under the I~2B platform architecture,and the main research contents are as follows.Firstly,in view of the lack of a unified standardized information description of ASU,this manuscript classifies the building space through a series of investigations,summarization and analysis,then introduces the definition and architecture of the ASU information model using room space as an example.The research contains the classification and extraction of physical information,terminal equipment information and personnel information.The research of information description of ASU is a theoretical foundation for the study of environmental regulation with ASU as the basic unit.Secondly,in view of the problem that various types of control equipment in the environment control of ASU are highly coupled in terms of control objectives,control algorithms,and control strategies,this manuscript does some research.First,the local control algorithms of main regulation equipment,which are used to regulated the hot and humid environments,air quality environments,light environments,and fire safety systems,are given respectively.Then,the research on the collaborative optimization control strategy of each equipment with the boundary of year time and day time is given,and finally the variable setpoint optimization control algorithm for the environment control application of ASU is given.Thirdly,the key software and hardware technologies that support the development of the controller are studied in response to the research and development needs of ASU environment controller products under the(I~2B)platform technology.Finally,above research results are integrated in demonstration application.This manuscript has achieved a ASU control demonstration application and product development demonstration application,which contains the choose of project location,the communication debugging of equipment systems and the design of software system.The demonstration project verified the application effect of the I~2B platform technology in the intelligent regulation of building space.The research content of this manuscript is expected to provide theoretical and technical support for the development of intelligent control products and implementation of real project in ASU.And it has certain certainty to improve the control effect of the human settlement environment and boost the confidence of China’s independent research and development technology in the field of intelligent building,which has practical significance.
