With the rapid development of social economy, the types and functions of public buildings in our country have become more complex, and water demand has become more diverse.Water consumption in public buildings is an important part of urban domestic water consumption. At the same time, the water-saving technology used in public buildings is also constantly developing,so there is a great potential for water-saving.Water saving in the water supply system of domestic buildings has received widespread attention in recent years, but there is still a lag in the standard system related to water saving in urban public buildings, and the water quota used does not match the actual building type, water structure and changes in water demand. Therefore, this thesis starts from the perspective of water conservation, and grasps the water conservation situation of typical public buildings through investigation and research, and on this basis, studies and proposes appropriate public building water quotas, aiming to provide data for optimizing public building water supply system design and refined water management.support.The research comes from the national key research and development plan project "Public Building Water-saving Fine Control Technology and Application".The thesis starts from the survey of the current situation of water saving and water consumption in typical public buildings, and takes three types of typical public buildings:hotels, office buildings and student dormitories as the research objects.Through field visits and surveys, questionnaires and on-site technical surveys, the surveyed public buildings can be mastered. And the status quo of water saving.A total of 19 hotels,31 office buildings, and 14 student dormitories have been collected historical data on water use,and building-related information has been obtained, including building overview, water use scale, building water supply system design, and building water-saving measures.Based on the survey data and related building information,a statistical analysis of the three types of typical public buildings’ water structure and water usage laws was carried out.Through Pearson correlation analysis, the main factors affecting water use in typical public buildings are determined. The main influencing factors of hotel per capita daily water consumption are hotel star rating, building area, number of beds and city size;the main influencing factors of office building per capita daily water consumption are the setting of canteens and the penetration rate of water-saving appliances;per capita daily water consumption of student dormitories The main influencing factors are the setting of independent toilets and the penetration rate of water-saving appliances. On this basis, the building types are subdivided by cluster analysis method.Student dormitories are divided according to whether there are independent toilets in the rooms. For hotels, they are divided into four,five-star and three-star and the following two categories according to the star rating. The basis for the grading of water consumption quotas. The quadratic average method and the probability measurement algorithm in the statistical analysis method are used to calculate the water quota of typical public buildings, and finally put forward the recommended value of the water quota in combination with the current domestic norms and standards. The recommended water quota for four-star and five-star hotels is 500~550 L/person · day,three-star and below hotels are 350-400L/person · day;office buildings are 60~80 L person · day;students The recommended water quota for dormitories is 110~130 L/ person · day for dormitories with independent toilets, and 90~110 L/ person · day for dormitories without independent toilets.By comparing with the quota in the current code,it is determined that the water quota for typical public buildings formulated this time meets the requirements of water saving priority and has certain advanced nature.Combined with the water consumption and water saving status of the three types of typical public buildings, and the results of water quota compilation, the applicability and characteristics of water saving measures such as water saving appliances, water use systems, and management controls are analyzed. On this basis,a secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was constructed to evaluate the effects of water-saving measures in public buildings. The results show that the influencing factors of the water-saving effect of public buildings are ranked as follows: non-traditional water source utilization>water-saving design and management>water-saving appliances installation. At the same time, this model is used to evaluate the effects of water-saving measures in public buildings actually investigated, and the results are in line with reality. It can be considered that the model has practical value and can provide references for the water-saving design, renovation and selection of water quotas for public buildings.
