The dumper system is a kind of bulk material unloading system,which is used for unloading bulk material loaded by train.The dumper has the advantages of high unloading efficiency and less damage to the vehicle,which can improve the working environment of the staff and facilitate the automatic control of the process.With the continuous development of economy,the amount of bulk materials such as coal,coke,etc.required for the construction of thermal power plants,cement plants and ports has increased dramatically.Large modern enterprises have widely used the dumper unloading system,which not only improves the working efficiency,but also promotes the economic development.In order to meet the needs of C80 special train loading and unloading and improve the reliability of the dumper system equipment,this paper aims at the transformation and optimization of the control system of the C-type dumper of Qinhuangdao Port coal phase II,so as to meet the technical requirements of loading and unloading C80 series cars,improve its working efficiency and enhance its reliability.Process flow and demand analysis of dumper system.This paper analyzes the process flow of the dumper system,compares the process flow before and after the transformation,and analyzes the operation requirements of the dumper,mainly including the requirements of the dumper,the shifter,the wheel gripper,the dust suppression,the vibration feeder and the control system,which lays a solid foundation for the transformation of the dumper and the optimization of the control system.The design and development of dumper system.The hydraulic system,power supply unit,driving unit,dust suppression system and vibration cleaning device of the dumper system are designed and analyzed in detail.According to the needs of the system,the hydraulic system of the dumper,the shunter and the wheel clamping device is analyzed in detail,the parameters are determined and selected,the circuit of the power supply unit and the layout of the electric control cabinet are designed,and the motor power of the drive unit is checked and calculated.In addition,the dust suppression system and the vibration cleaning device are developed.Design and research of measurement and control system.The design and research of the measurement and control system is carried out.Firstly,the functions of the belt conveyor are analyzed in detail.Then,according to the functional requirements,the hardware and model selection of the system are carried out,and the relevant circuit diagram is designed.In addition,the measurement and control software is designed from the two aspects of operation interface design and PLC program editing.After the design of the measurement and control system is completed,the belt conveyor is debugged to verify the power balance of the main drive.
