| Dumper is a large mechanical coal unloading or unloading bulk goods, mainly used in port and power plant. The system’s relay logic control, due to the complex working conditions on site, so the use of a large number of intermediate relay and time relay control circuit is very complex and cross points, the failure rate in the system is high, prone to misoperation caused damage to equipment or damaged equipment operation is not reliable. This design of PLC control system of car dumper line based on the system is mainly composed of a heavy vehicle shunting machine control system, dumper control system, transfer platform control system and the empty vehicle shunting machine control system. This paper analyzes the specific requirements of car dumper line control, elaborates the design idea, design method and control system of car dumper line specific electrical principle diagram, PLC external wiring diagram and ladder diagram procedure of PLC.The system is controlled by two sets of OMRON PLC to complete the car dumper line, the first PLC control of heavy vehicle shunting and car dumper, second sets of PLC control transfer platform and empty vehicle shunting machine. The control system can control the whole working line, including the hydraulic station, the movement of the equipment, the stroke and the control of all the automatic process. The equipment condition automatic detection system is developed, which realizes the automatic investigation of the system fault, and ensures the reliability control of the system by adopting the measures such as the on-site accident switch and the emergency reset button of the operating room.The controller of this system using OMRON C200 H PLC software, using CX-programmer programming software, application software developed in Windows programming environment, the program ladder diagram of this system uses the empirical design method, this method can well solve the problem of complex scene, ladder program editing, download, debug and modify are very convenient the realization of heavy vehicles, locomotives, dumper, traverser and empty vehicle shunting machine accurate precise control. The control system adopts the me thod of artificial and automatic combination, which makes the system more flexible and stable. At present, this control system has completed the field debugging, the test run, according to the nearly one month running record, this control system has achieved the reliable, stable, accurate operation effect, is a successful design. |
