| Mobile equipment such as aerospace,robots,and construction machinery is constantly developing in the direction of light weight and miniaturization,resulting in smaller and smaller installation space for hydraulic systems and components.Conventional hydraulic tanks are designed in accordance with traditional empirical formulas.They are large in size and simple in appearance,making it difficult to meet the needs of miniaturization of mobile equipment.How to design hydraulic tanks in limited space and constraints has become a key problem that needs to be solved urgently.In this dissertation,the layout design and performance numerical simulation of the hydraulic tank under space constraints are studied to provide design ideas and theoretical and technical support for the miniaturization of the hydraulic tank.The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Aiming at the oil return filter and the suction filter which account for the largest volume in the hydraulic tank and have an important influence on the flow state of the medium,the porous media model was used to study the influence of the filter on the flow field inside the hydraulic tank,and the PIV flow field test of the hydraulic tank was set up.The test bench analyzes the external flow law of the oil return filter.On this basis,the influence of the position change of the suction filter and the return filter on the internal flow field of the hydraulic tank was studied,and the layout boundary conditions of the suction filter and the return filter were obtained.(2)In view of the numerous layout problems of hydraulic tank accessories,combined with the functions and installation requirements of the auxiliary parts,the layout principles of auxiliary parts non-interference,installation direction and installation position were constructed,and the layout method of hydraulic tank auxiliary parts was established based on the three-dimensional packing theory.Finally,with the minimum space volume as the layout goal,miniaturized hydraulic tanks with different configurations were obtained.(3)In view of the inconsistency and ambiguity of hydraulic tank evaluation methods,the performance of hydraulic tanks was explored and analyzed from the perspective of flow field.Based on Fluent simulation software,flow field models of different hydraulic tank structures were established.The flow characteristics of oil,particle deposition rate,and air bubbles were established.The removal rate was a quantitative index,and the performance of the hydraulic tank was numerically simulated and analyzed,which provides a reference for the performance evaluation method of the hydraulic tank. |
