Study On The Treatment Of Overloading Transportation In Jingqin Expressway

In recent years,with the rapid development of our economic strength,the problem of highway overlimit and overload transport has gradually become a hot issue in our society.Expressway overlimit and overload transportation behavior will not only damage roads,bridges,culverts and other infrastructure construction,but also lay hidden dangers for the personal safety of highway travelers.The expressway department has dealt with this problem severely,and scholars have also carried out a lot of research.However,due to economic and social factors,the problem of overlimit and overload transportation has not been effectively solved.In this paper,the comparative analysis method and field investigation method are used,according to the sustainable thinking of highway transportation management,from the implementation of the source control of overlimit and overload transportation,and the establishment of the coordination and linkage mechanism of overlimit and overload management,the problem of overlimit and overload transportation of Jing Qin expressway is studied.This paper introduces the research background and significance of overlimit and overload transportation of expressway,and deeply analyzes the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the management of overlimit and overload transportation.This paper discusses the basic knowledge of overlimit and overload transportation,analyzes the current situation of overlimit and overload transportation of Jing Qin expressway,expounds the harm of overlimit and overload transportation,and finds out the problems and reasons in overlimit and overload management of Jing Qin expressway.From the aspects of implementing the source control of overlimit and overload transportation,strengthening the construction of overlimit and overload control system and improving the overlimit and overload control laws and regulations,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the overlimit and overload transportation control of Jing Qin expressway.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the process of overlimit and overload control of Jing Qin expressway,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,which not only has practical significance for overlimit and overload control of Jing Qin expressway,but also provides experience and reference for overlimit and overload control of other expressways in China.
