Design For Over-limited And Overload Transportation Management Of Freight Vehicle

Over-limited and overload transportation of freight vehicles is a stubborn disease in the transportation and logistics industry.Over-limited and overload transportation of freight vehicles not only destroyed the transport infrastructure,but also brought serious hidden danger of traffic accidents.Moreover,over-limited and overload transportation of freight vehicles seriously distorts the normal market price system of transportation,lead to excessive proportion of road transportation and unreasonable distribution in modes of transportation.It has broken the balance of transportation industry and brought about serious environmental pollution problems.Therefore,the over-limited and overload transportation management of freight vehicles is a hot issues in the transportation and logistics industry.This thesis takes the over-limited and overload transportation management of Foshan City as the research object.Based on the detection data of over-limited and overload transportation in Foshan City,established the spatial agglomeration relationship between over-limited and overload transportation and industry in Foshan City,and analyzed the spatial-temporal distribution of over-limited and overload transportation.Construct a game model between transportation management department and transport enterprises,and analyzed the game relationship between transportation management department and transport enterprises,discussed the countermeasures between management departments and enterprises.On this basis,forecasts the over-limited and overload transportation volume and the haulway of Foshan City by establishing data prediction model,then design the control scheme of over-limited and overload transportation management in national and provincial trunk.Some of the research results in this thesis have been applied in the actual work of over-limited and overload transportation management and have practical reference value.
