With the advancement of the modern era,the rapid development of power systems and the introduction of smart grids,there are more stringent requirements and standards for equipment reliability and operational safety.Among them,electrical inspection and grounding are necessary operations for line power failure inspection and repair,and are principled operations related to personal and equipment safety.When hooking up the temporary grounding wire of the distribution network,first use the electroscope to check the electricity before connecting,there is a time difference.When the power supply reverses momentarily,the danger of personal electric shock cannot be avoided.In addition,whether the access "wire end" is reliable or not,it cannot be quantitatively judged whether it is qualified,nor can it achieve background security monitoring.Therefore,this article focuses on the safety and reliability of grounding equipment,using non-contact measurement loop impedance technology,and proposes a new type of intelligent grounding wire device.The new intelligent grounding wire device is composed of grounding wire,non-contact measurement module,wireless transmission module,sound and light alarm,liquid crystal display,etc.It has functions such as electric inspection,positioning and ground resistance measurement,and is safe and reliable,easy to operate,and easy to carry features.The traditional ground resistance test mostly uses the conventional three-electrode method,but the measurement results of the three-electrode method in the actual testing process are often not satisfactory,and it is difficult to meet the actual requirements of the ground resistance test.The new intelligent grounding wire device proposed in this paper is based on the principle of non-contact measurement of loop impedance.The principle of non-contact measurement of loop impedance is studied through analysis of characteristics.At the same time,the mutual inductance components are analyzed.The data of the type measurement method is calibrated,and the accuracy of the ground resistance non-contact measurement method is effectively improved.This article analyzes and studies the structure of a new type of intelligent grounding wire device,and elaborates on the hardware system and functional composition.The new type of intelligent grounding wire device integrates the system’s communication module,electrical test module and other functional modules into an integrated hook.The hardware circuit design ideas of each module in the system and the corresponding selected electronic components are analyzed.At the same time,some of them Important and necessary functions are explained.Finally,the radio frequency communication technology is used to increase the wireless data transmission function of the new smart grounding wire device,thereby realizing the data interaction of the new smart grounding wire device from the hardware to the measurement host.Finally,by simulating the use environment of the new smart grounding wire device,this paper establishes a corresponding experimental platform for the new smart grounding wire,and conducts safety experimental tests and related functional tests on related prototypes.The results obtained through field experiments can be drawn:The developed new type of intelligent grounding wire device has good wireless communication performance,and realizes the functions of stable electrical inspection,positioning and grounding resistance measurement,which verifies the correctness of the new type of intelligent grounding wire device.
