| In the development of construction industry in recent years,in order to promote the development of prefabricated concrete buildings,the state has introduced a variety of preferential policies.Although precast concrete building has broad development prospects in China,due to its imperfect management system and the lack of a complete technical standard system and industry norms,there are still various problems affecting the quality and construction period of precast concrete building in the construction process.This paper takes the youth talent apartment project of Henan Province as the research object,and takes solving the technical problems existing in the construction technology and organization design of prefabricated concrete residence as the main goal Research on the mechanical performance of composite plate support system and external scaffold of prefabricated concrete residence.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the construction site investigation results and access to relevant information,the main technical difficulties in the construction of prefabricated concrete residence are put forward,and the control points and installation process of prefabricated components in the construction of prefabricated concrete residence are summarized.(2)Combined with the investigation results of practical engineering cases,the construction organization design optimization of prefabricated concrete residence is carried out,mainly including sleeve grouting construction technology,construction process arrangement and hoisting sequence optimization;Observe and record the specific hoisting time of prefabricated components on the construction site,and re formulate the construction plan based on the investigation results.Compared with the actual construction period of standard layer,the construction period of prefabricated components installation according to the new construction plan is shortened by 0.5 days.(3)Combined with the actual engineering case,the inverse calculation of the stability analysis of the scaffold pole is carried out,and the calculation results show that the maximum spacing of the laminated plate supporting pole with the precast layer of60 mm and the cast-in-place layer of 80 mm is 2.06M;According to the ANSYS data simulation analysis,the reasonable spacing of the support rods under the composite plate is 1.4m,and the analysis results are within the reasonable range of the theoretical calculation results.(4)Four kinds of construction schemes of anchoring external scaffold suitable for different structural parts are put forward;Through the numerical simulation of four types of external scaffold,the strength stability of external scaffold is verified,and the main factors affecting the bearing capacity of external scaffold are analyzed,including:the distance between triangle supports of external scaffold,the length of triangle support pole and the length of reinforcement channel steel at triangle support pole. |
