Reinforced truss concrete composite slab combines the advantages of precast slab and cast-in-place slab to form a composite slab that can give full play to the advantages of precast slab and cast-in-place slab,and shows good mechanical properties.The steel bar truss can greatly improve the short-term stiffness of the precast slab.According to the research of scholars,it is found that the web bar of the steel bar truss has little impact on the stiffness of the precast slab.The web bar reinforcement accounts for nearly 28% of the steel consumption of the truss.The contribution of the web bar to the stiffness of the precast slab is small,and the web bar reinforcement can not be fully utilized.In order to solve this problem,this thesis proposes two new types of precast slabs,carries out experimental research on them,and analyzes their mechanical performance and crack resistance.The influence of different types of trusses on the stiffness of precast slab is analyzed by theoretically calculating the relationship between the diameter of upper chord reinforcement,the spacing of web reinforcement and the diameter of web member.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the existing composite slab atlas,the stiffness of prestressed slab and non prestressed slab of different types of trusses is calculated,and the influence of different truss types on the stiffness of precast slab is analyzed.(2)The static test of four reinforced truss precast slabs with different truss types is carried out,and the bearing capacity,crack resistance,integrity and failure mode of two new reinforced truss concrete precast slabs are analyzed.(3)Using the finite element analysis software,the test plate specimens are modeled and analyzed,and the simulation data are compared with the test data to simulate and analyze the mechanical properties of two new reinforced truss precast plates.(4)In order to make the failure of truss reinforcement into strength failure,the slenderness ratio of truss upper chord reinforcement and web reinforcement is calculated,and the relationship between the diameter of upper chord reinforcement and the spacing of web reinforcement is obtained.The reinforcement truss is modeled and analyzed by using finite element software to study the failure mode of truss reinforcement.
