International company get fast development with economic globalization speed up.There is great cultural difference during international operation.So cultural conflicts always exist.With economic globalization situation,its more and more important for international company to understand cultural differences and recognize cultural differences,then improve Cross-cultural management.We need study specific countries culture since different country culture have great difference.France is biggest country in western europe and own whole industrial system,soft and hard power and influence.Also accumulate industrial management experience.It’s very important experience to us.This article research Cross-cultural management from different cultural dimension by take intelligent manufacturing technique center of Y group company as an example.At first introduce cultural concept and Cross-cultural management theory.Then analysis globalization Cross-cultural management problems and introduce cultural conflict and its reason.Summarize Cross-cultural management strategy and give some optimization suggestion.Such as reduce power distance and inspire direct communication,inspire collectivism and adjust sex composition.Target is help Chinese and Western combined.Cross-cultural management target is to get cultural integration also mutual benefit and win-win result.
