| With economic globalization and the rapid development of the big data,multinational companies have more and more branches in various countries and regions.In the process of management,due to cultural differences and improper ways of communication,fierce collision and inevitable conflict may occur at any time.Understanding and using the correct management communication method can make us achieve the enterprise goal and develop steadily in the increasingly fierce global competition.Based on Hofstede’s cultural dimension theory and cross-cultural management communication theory,this article analyzes the problems occurred in the process of internal management communication of BE company.Using the method of case analysis,this article makes a profound analysis and research on the cultural differences,communication barriers,the lack of communication evaluation system and the value of middle managers and so on what is reflected in the problems.Through the process of finding problems-putting forward problems-solving problems and combining practice with theory,this article explores the root causes of various problems and sums up several countermeasures and suggestions that are beneficial to the development of enterprises: First,strengthen the staff’s understanding of corporate culture and establish common corporate values;Second,optimize the management communication mechanism and adopt the correct methods to achieve the ultimate goal of cross-cultural management communication;Thirdly,formulate an evaluation system suitable for the enterprise,give a fair evaluation to the employees to gain their sense of identity and improve mutual trust;Fourth,improve the awareness and ability of the middle managers,and let them play a vital role in the organization.The cases mentioned in this article are also common in small and medium-sized Japanese enterprises.And the analysis methods and the solutions proposed in this article can not only make the enterprise achieve the goal of good operation and sustainable development in the future development process,but also provide more awareness of the importance of Chinese middle managers and has certain reference value for similar enterprises. |
