In recent years,the energy industry cooperation between Russia and China has developed very well.China National Petroleum Corporation and Russia ’s Eastern Energy Corporation jointly invested in the establishment of Eastern Energy Joint Venture.As a joint venture of energy production type jointly invested and constructed by Russia and China,Dongfang Energy Corporation suffered from severe cross-cultural conflicts in operation and management difficulties in the initial stage of the establishment of the enterprise.Both the managers and ordinary employees of Russia and China I was troubled by work caused by cultural differences,and some conflicts and contradictions broke out in the work.When the joint ventures encountered cultural conflicts and caused operational and management difficulties,many joint ventures encountered problems.This article selects the cross-cultural human team member management model in the joint venture between Russia and China as the research theme,hoping that the research results can provide a certain reference and reference for the joint venture between Russia and China to improve the efficiency of human resource management.This article will study the cross-cultural operational difficulties encountered by the joint venture.From the perspective of the joint venture between Russia and China,we will study the cultural differences,cultural conflicts,and cross-cultural management in the Russian-Chinese joint venture.In the research,the research is mainly carried out through the literature research method,the questionnaire method and the case analysis method.Based on the theory of Hofsteinde’s cultural dimension and the research of previous scholars,the pen compiles a questionnaire and distributes it within Dongfang Energy Company.It further compares the cultural differences between the employees of the two countries in the enterprise and confirms it with The analysis complements each other.After the questionnaire was distributed and recovered,and the effective questionnaire was screened,the relevant data was counted,and the SPSS analysis was ended for further regression analysis to obtain relevant information about the cross-cultural management of Dongfang Energy Corporation.In the first chapter,this research is mainly on the background of the continuous strengthening of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation,and a case study of cross-cultural Sino-Russian joint ventures from the perspective of enterprise management.The thesis mainly includes the following parts: First,the background and significance of the research in this article are explained,and the research methods and contents are introduced.Relevant theories and literature review;secondly,the relevant definitions in this research and several rounds of foundations are defined and introduced,and finally the research related to the research topic of this paper is reviewed.Third,based on Hofstein’s theory,a comparative analysis of the cultural differences between China and Russia is conducted;the comparison is mainly from five dimensions,and the impact of Sino-Russian cultural differences on enterprise management is analyzed.Fourth,research on the cross-cultural management of Sino-Russian energy joint venture,Dongfang Energy Co.,Ltd.,on the basis of introducing the basic situation of the enterprise,further understand the cultural differences between the employees of the two countries through a questionnaire analysis,and get relevant through SPSS analysis Conclusion.Finally,based on the results of the theory and the investigation case,further model construction and implementation of the cross-cultural management of Dongfang Energy Corporation were carried out.It is mainly based on the principles of respect,tolerance and integration to build an enterprise cross-cultural cooperation model,and put forward specific implementation measures.This paper selects Dongfang Energy as the representative of a Sino-Russian joint venture to conduct cross-cultural management related case studies,which not only has a certain role in promoting the level of human resources management of Dongfang Energy.Moreover,with the continuous expansion of Sino-Russian cooperation in energy and other fields,the issue of cross-cultural management of joint ventures will become increasingly important.Studying the cross-cultural management issues of Dongfang Energy Company will help to provide reference and reference for other similar companies to deal with this kind of problems.s.
