Investigation And Research On Public Satisfaction In Urumqi Based On City Physical Examination

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urban construction and development has made remarkable achievements,and the urban planning,construction and management system has been constantly improved.environment and constantly emphasize the importance of public satisfaction survey in urban physical examination.Data paper the community quota survey method was used in Urumqi city center,and 4252 valid questionnaires were collected.Data in order to further explore the practical problems of the questionnaire response,this paper also explores the impact of personal economic attributes on the public satisfaction.Finally,factor analysis is carried out to reveal the influencing factors of public satisfaction,explore the hidden variables,and finally get the analysis results of public satisfaction evaluation.The results show that the public satisfaction score of Urumqi is the worst,which is the satisfaction of traffic convenience,greening,parking and the property of the residential area.Midong district has the lowest satisfaction score,and Tianshan district has the highest satisfaction score;The significant impact of personal economic attributes on public satisfaction is mainly reflected in the longer the residence time,the higher the satisfaction with the convenient transportation,and the negative impact of sample age on bus ride experience and indoor temperature of central heating;Public satisfaction has a large load on the five public factors of urban community construction quality,public subjective perception,public possible objective perception,urban parking and urban traffic convenience.The identification degree of "urban park satisfaction" index is low,and the score of public satisfaction factor of the whole city is only 54.31 points,so the situation of public satisfaction is very serious.In view of the urban diseases and the short board of urban construction reflected in this survey,this paper puts forward some suggestions on urban development,in order to provide theoretical reference for the decision-making of urban construction departments and accumulate experience for the development of urban physical examination.
