| With the development of the economy,the domestic tourism industry has developed rapidly.With its unique historical resources,natural resources and profound cultural heritage,Suzhou gardens attract tourists from all over the country.However,in the process of Suzhou garden tourism development,there are some problems,such as old garden service facilities and equipment,homogeneity of garden cultural tourism products,backward garden cultural tourism services,and inadequate cultural tourism publicity guidelines,which lead to the congestion of garden related tourism routes,the difficulty for tourists to understand the connotation of garden culture,and poor tourism experience.Under the background of the vigorous development of experience economy,the garden culture tourism in China should not only meet the material and cultural needs of tourists,but also meet the psychological and emotional needs of tourists.In addition,with the development and popularization of Internet of Things technology,5G technology and personal smart mobile terminals,travel information delivery and travel service provision will also develop in the direction of intelligence,diversification and innovation.This paper discusses the problems of landscape tourism experience from the perspective of service system.Based on the process of tourists’ visiting the garden,the products and services that the garden can provide and the needs of tourists in the process of visiting the garden are networked,and the innovative design of the service system of landscape cultural tourism products is put forward.In order to study the influencing factors of Suzhou garden tourism experience,this article conducted field surveys,questionnaire surveys and visitor interviews on the cultural tourism garden Humble Administrator ’ s Garden to understand the basic information of tourists visiting the garden,their behavior in the garden,and the existing cultural tourism products in the garden.Service expectations and satisfaction,through the analysis of the results of the investigation,provide suggestions for the innovative design of garden cultural tourism products.Through the research and field investigation of Suzhou garden protection and management regulations,this article puts forward the design principles of garden culture tourism product service system: immersive interactive experience principle,information interaction intelligent principle,product emotional resonance principle,and tourism experience diversification principle.On the basis of design principles,four design strategies are proposed to build the best tourism experience platform,build a personalized experience medium,design exclusive memory carriers,and formulate high-quality service experience processes.Then,with the cultural tourism garden Humble Administrator’s Garden as the design practice background,the target users are located and user portraits are established,and the innovative design of the tourist scenes in the garden.Based on tourists’ travel process and behavior,draw the service blueprint of the IOT garden culture tourism product service system.The design output of this research includes the service system architecture of the IOT garden culture tourism product service system,mobile application applets and cultural creative products.The design principles and design strategies proposed in this paper are verified by verifying the usability,feasibility and satisfaction of the design output.This research innovative explores the innovation of cultural tourism gardens from the perspective of the service system.Based on tourists’ travel experience,it proposes corresponding design principles and design strategies to provide tourists with rich tourism information and product services,and enhance tourists’ satisfaction in the park.In order to guide the consumption of tourists and drive the economy of the park;at the same time,it provides reference for the design and development of cultural tourism products of the same type of cultural tourism attractions. |
