Research On Operation Management Collaboration Of The Grain Products In X Port

Under the economic globalization,modern ports are playing an increasingly important role in social and economic development.With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s ports,playing a key role as the international logistics hub,carrying 85% of foreign.By the coaction of internal and external factors,ports are self-adjusting and improving its structure and function constantly.For the port itself,under its intergenerational development,it is essential to position rightly,optimize its operation capacity continuously,provide the best quality service,keep all participants in a friendly relationship during the process,and then enhance its competitiveness.This paper takes the operation process of grain cargo products at X Port as the research object,and analysis its current situation and the causes,and bring out the solutions and the related supporting measures.It adopts the research methods of literature research,customer questionnaire,employee interview and statistical analysis.1st,it elaborates the basic concepts and relevant theories about port operation,port generational transformation,and operation collaboration,providing theoretical basis and model support for the following research;2nd,through describing the process of producing grain cargo and operation in X port,and the factors related like manpower,resources and the third parties etc.;with relevant theories and knowledge of operation management,on the basis of on-site interview and customer questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the main existing problems and causes of port operation and planning coordination,information construction and human resource composition;3rd,basing on the problems and causes found and combined the actual situation of X Port,this paper proposed an optimization scheme of operation and collaboration.Finally,bring out the implementation for its successful optimization and collaboration.By applying the relevant theories of collaboration management,X Port,its organization of division and manpower,and the outsource management etc.need to be optimized continuously,so then to save cost and raise competitivity.
