Multi-agent Benefit Coordination Model And Simulation Of Water Quality Assurance In Sustainable Supply Chain Of Water Engineering

The safety of water quality in water transfer projects is directly related to the happiness of the people and is an important issue to ensure the safety of drinking water for residents.In the coordination of water quality protection of water transfer projects,the enthusiasm of stakeholders has a direct and critical role in the implementation of water transfer projects.However,sorting out stakeholders and coordinating multi-stakeholders will face many complex problems and resistances.Therefore,based on the theory of sustainable supply chain,this article first puts forward the connotation of sustainable supply chain management of water transfer project,and analyzes the structure and characteristics of sustainable supply chain of water transfer project.Then define the interest demands and conflicts between the government,social organizations and public subjects in water quality protection,build a multi-subject interest coordination model under water quality assurance,analyze the evolution process of the game subject,and study the influencing factors and stability of the subject’s behavior result.Finally,combined with Any Logic simulation software,it simulates the influence of different factors on the main body’s strategy selection and behavior evolution results,and reveals the driving factors and changing conditions of its active or negative water quality protection behavior strategy.research shows:(1)The sustainable supply chain of water transfer projects involves many horizontal and vertical stakeholders.It is necessary to take water quality protection as the goal,comprehensively consider the comprehensive social,economic and ecological benefits,balance the interests of all parties,and realize multi-agent coordinated management.(2)The stable policy constraints in the system operation process are difficult to achieve.Because of the subject’s own perception and understanding deviation,the tripartite subjects will underestimate the gains and overestimate the losses,which will cause the system to deviate from the ideal state.These influencing factors directly affect the income of each subject,and the income is an important reference basis for the subject to make decisions.(3)When increasing the punishment of social organizations or reducing the punishment of the public or reducing the cost of effort,it can promote the active participation of social organizations and the public in water quality protection of water transfer projects;social organizations and public entities are affected by group communication Obviously,there is almost no "clustering evolution" effect among government entities,but needs to be provided with some income support and incentives.This study provides new ideas for the coordination of benefits in water quality protection in the sustainable supply chain of water transfer projects,and at the same time,it can also help the government improve the enthusiasm of various stakeholders in the management of water quality protection in water transfer projects,coordinate the relationship between all parties to improve water quality protection efficiency,and strengthen The subjective awareness and ability of water quality protection management of water transfer projects provide theoretical basis and decision support.
