With the continuous improvement of labor protection and working environment requirements for workers in China,the original feeding operation which mainly relies on manual unpacking is gradually replaced by the automatic feeding operation of unpacking machine.But at the present stage,the common unpacking machine on the market is mainly used in powder and particle material bags with strong fluidity and straw bales material bags,while the related unpacking machine for stem and leaf material bags with poor fluidity is rarely studied and applied.To this end,this thesis focuses on the subject of stevia material package bags,design and research a kind of applicable to stems leafy material plastic woven bag automatic unpacking machine,around the overall scheme design,the key institutions design,the whole machine structure design and assembly,the whole machine control system and pneumatic system design and other aspects of research,the main research work is as follows:(1)The overall scheme design and analysis of the whole machine.According to the actual requirements and functional analysis,the thesis puts forward the corresponding design requirements for the packer,proposes three kinds of package opening schemes,determines the final scheme through field experiment and comparative analysis,and then completes the design of the corresponding bag breaking mechanism.According to the design requirements and the application of bag breaking mechanism,two feasible overall design schemes are proposed,and the final overall design scheme is determined through comparative analysis.(2)Design and analysis of key mechanism.According to the package opening scheme and the overall design scheme,the design and analysis of the two important mechanisms of the bag grabber mechanism and the discharge door mechanism were completed,including the design of the bag grabber mode,the formulation of the material discharge scheme,the mechanism design,the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis realized by ADAMS software,etc.(3)Structure design and complete assembly of the unpacking machine.According to the design scheme and size of the bag grabbing mechanism and the discharging door mechanism,the structure design of the bag grabbing device and the discharging door device is completed,and the static simulation analysis of the scheme is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.In addition,complete the structural design of other parts including roller conveyor,bag pushing device,bag breaking device and rack,and assemble each device and rack to complete the design of the whole machine,and then through CREO software to get the 3D model of the whole machine.(4)The design of the whole machine control system.According to the design requirements and the overall design scheme,through PLC control to complete the design of the whole machine control system,mainly can be divided into hardware part and software part.The hardware part is mainly for the overall architecture design of the control system,the selection of programmable controller,I/O port address allocation,external circuit design,pneumatic system design,etc.The software part is mainly for the design and writing of all parts of the control program.
