As vacuum compressed bag demand is increasing,more and more high to the requirement of production enterprises of production capacity,production development trend of vacuum compressed bag is automatic production mode.In this paper,the vacuum compressed bag part during the production process automation design,and key design was studied for the folding baling press.The main research content is as follows:Automatic screw cap for vacuum compressed bag machine,automatic sorting machine,folding baling press process for reference,through the manual sorting,manual screw cap,folding,bagging process analysis,using bionics,compared to manual operation process,design the automation process of each part.Main study of folding baling press: first of all,based on SolidWorks folding machine parts 3 d models,motion simulation analysis,mainly aimed at feeding conveyor,folding mechanism,rotary conveyor,through analyzing the baling press using the four parts,simplify the mechanical structure,on the principle analysis;Second,folded baling press electrical circuit diagram is drawn in CAE,based on the AMEsim simulation analysis was carried out on the pneumatic loop system,adopting inovance PLC to control the folding packer,CANLINK bus control mode to the servo control,touch screen with mitsubishi GS series,simple operation and better realize the human-computer interaction function;Finally,the folding packer electromechanical online debugging,to improve the structure.This paper folded design research of vacuum compressed bag packer,automate the compression bag production,liberate the workforce,improve the production efficiency.
