| In the industrial internet era,a competitive production system requires not only the ability to produce on a large scale,but also the ability to provide personalized and customized services.The mixed-flow production mode is an advanced manufacturing method that has two capabilities at the same time.It can carry out multi-variety,small and medium-sized order production,and respond quickly and efficiently to market needs.The machinery manufacturing industry is the most widely used industrial field of mixed-flow production mode.Machine tools are the main production tools in the machinery manufacturing system,and a large amount of energy such as electric energy is consumed in the process of operation.Researching and analyzing the consumption law of electric energy in the production process of machine tools can not only provide a reference for energy saving and emission reduction,but also can further explore the processing status information contained in it,and help realize abnormal monitoring of the machining process.This paper discusses the operating characteristics of the mixed-flow production mode,summarizes and analyzes the current status and problems of energy efficiency research and state monitoring research in the machining process under this mode,and proposes an analysis method based on recurrence analysis and image processing technology: first,through collecting the power data of different product processing procedure as samples,quantifies the characteristics of the samples,applies the K-means cluster analysis algorithm to find the clustering centers of the samples,and builds a reference power database for each workpiece processing process based on this;then,during mixed-flow processing process,the recurrence analysis and image matching algorithm are used to judge the similarity between the real-time processing power curve and the reference power of various workpieces,and then identify the real-time processing workpiece type and workpiece status;finally,based on the result of the workpiece status recognition,the energy efficiency of workpiece processing process is calculated,based on the cross recurrence plot of the real-time processing power of each process and its corresponding reference power,the recurrence quantification analysis is used to monitor the status of the process.The experimental results prove that the method has high accuracy in identifying workpiece types and states,and can be used to analyze the energy efficiency level of workpieces in mixed-flow processing mode;the state monitoring algorithm in this paper can effectively locate the singular segment in the processing power signal,which provides a basis for discriminating the abnormal workpieces in the machining process. |
