Research On Performance Evaluation And Reconstruction Technology Of Modern And Contemporary Historic Buildings In Taiyuan

Historical buildings,after decades of baptism,have been deposited as the traditional treasures of the city and have a great impact on human civilization.It also bears the value of social change,human culture,economic development and human emotion,and is an important material and cultural heritage.Its lasting existence is a favorable factor for the development of urban culture,and it has the educational significance of traditional culture for the future of youth.Shanxi province has a long history and many historic buildings have been preserved in Taiyuan as its capital.Because of the erosion of time,many historic buildings have been weathered and eroded gradually,the structure of hidden dangers,equipment and facilities can not meet the needs of the society.Initially,the protection of historic buildings at the national level was relatively weak.Since 2008,under the leadership of the State Council,cities have introduced protection measures for historic buildings.Taiyuan in 2009 announced the city’s first list of historic buildings,and the introduction of a special plan.By 2017,additional protection working papers had been added.But in the practice of conservation,we find that there are many types of historic buildings,the quality of buildings varies,and the current situation of use is also different,which makes the renovation of historic buildings face great challenges.Therefore,how to take reasonable and effective protective measures to guide the protection of historical buildings more scientifically has become an important research topic.This paper first briefly describes the value of historic buildings and the significance of conservation and renewal,and clear the main research object of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of consulting the relevant domestic and foreign system norms,evaluation standards,renewal methods and actual renewal cases of historic buildings,a summary is made,to clarify the importance of evaluation content and transformation means of historic buildings in conservation and renewal.By means of literature collection and field research,this paper sorts out and summarizes the problems existing in the modern historical and cultural buildings in Taiyuan.In order to avoid aimless conservation,repair and unsuitable reutilization measures,we adopt targeted and scientific reutilization strategies for historic buildings,in this paper,a comprehensive performance evaluation system of modern and contemporary historic buildings in Taiyuan was established.Synthesize the existing data,make quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of each index in the evaluation system,adopt the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each evaluation index,and then build the evaluation model,the quantitative evaluation results of the performance of modern and contemporary historic buildings in Taiyuan are obtained.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,the key contents of the protection and repair of the modern and contemporary historic buildings in Taiyuan are obtained,which provides support for the application of the protection and repair techniques and strategies of the historic buildings.Based on the analysis and research of the evaluation results,this paper puts forward the application of reconstruction techniques in modern and contemporary historic buildings in Taiyuan,from five aspects of external environment planning,building function,building structure,building equipment and social comprehensive benefit,this paper analyzes in detail the technical features of renovation and transformation of historic buildings,and sums up the corresponding transformation methods.Finally,taking the actual renovation project of historic buildings as a case study,this paper analyzes the application of technical strategies in the renovation and renovation of modern and contemporary historic buildings in Taiyuan.This paper hopes to increase the analysis sample in the protection evaluation of historic buildings through the above-mentioned research.To help the decision makers,managers and relevant designers of modern and contemporary historic buildings to have a clearer and more systematic understanding of the renovation problem,it provides a more scientific basis for the protection,renovation and renewal of the historic buildings in Taiyuan and even the whole country.It also adds a force to the urban construction of Shanxi province.
