Research On Spatial Reconstruction Of Old Community From The Perspective Of Daily Life

In my country’s current urban development has shifted from incremental planning to stock planning,and urban renewal has become an important research topic for urban development and construction.Summarizing the development process of urban renewal can be summarized into four stages: from the early stage mainly due to the improvement of urban housing conditions,to take the construction of a modern metropolis as the core driving force,and then to the increasingly prominent power of space production under the wave of global competition,and to this day,more focus has been on community renewal.The changes and complexity of lifestyle have obvious manifestations in the spatial structure of the community and affect its evolution.This two-way process is ignored,resulting in the continuous squeezing of the community living space,the gradual disappearance of community culture and memory,and the lack of community subjects and aphasia.It is difficult for community residents to form a trusting relationship.The community is an important place for residents’ daily life.The long accumulation of daily life makes the community have a unique sense of belonging.Therefore,in the process of community renewal,it is necessary to start from the real needs of daily life,explore the interactive relationship between the community space and the residents’ daily life,and make the community space develop in a direction that more adapts to the changes in residents’ daily life.Taking the Laogangfang community in Hohhot as an example,this article first introduces the "daily life" research perspective,sorts out the characteristics and existing problems of the community’s material space and social space,and discusses the principles and influencing factors of the construction of the community space reconstruction system.Secondly,use the narrative analysis method to explore the mapping of daily life in the space,classify and organize the daily activities of community residents into spatial elements.Then use the map superposition method to superimpose the space elements of each period,and then combine the different periods of time.The superposition results of spatial elements are superimposed again,analyzed,and integrated to form a community spatial reconstruction system.Finally,according to the space reconstruction system,a solution to the problem of community space is proposed to promote the benign and sustainable development of the community and realize people’s yearning for a better life.The main research content of this article is divided into three parts.The first part summarizes the current development characteristics and problems faced by the old communities in Hohhot.Taking the old tank house community in Hohhot as the resear object,using the interview method,data collection method,image method and on-site counting Law,conduct research on its current situation,and clarify community characteristics and main issues.The second part is to clarify the principles and influencing factors of the spatial reconstruction of the Laogangfang community through the investigation in the previous part,and use the map overlay method to sort out the interaction between the main body of the community,daily activities and the space,and build the Laogangfang community space reconstruction system.The third part,based on the community space reconstruction system formed in the previous article,proposes a strategy for the reconstruction of community material space and social space,emphasizing the way of interaction between residents and space,residents’ demand for space,and residents’ experience in space.The importance of residents’ daily life to the community space has gradually improved the quality of community space and reconstructed the relationship between community space.
