| As Chinese medical and health service grows vigorously, both the hospital building design and medical equipment have obviously developed. At the same time, the hospital energy consumption has been increasing, leading the energy-saving and emission-reduction based on well qualified medical service to a big issue of the hospital energy management. Besides, the truth that building energy consumption of Wuhan is relatively larger nationwide resulted from its geographic location and long duration of summer cooling and winter warming makes the energy saving vital to the high energy-consuming architectures.This paper studies several Wuhan top hospitals and analyzes energy consuming characteristics each. That is, they mainly consume electricity and natural gas. It also conducts a survey on the main forms of air conditioner system and the answer goes to water-cooled screw chiller and air-cooled heat pump units. Besides, through collecting the energy consuming data of each hospital, the thesis analyzes the relationship between the building energy consuming and the factors including building size, hospital bed number and outpatient number, concludes the linear regression equation between building size and hospital bed number, and points out how each factor impacts the building energy consuming by giving the evaluating indicator of the hospital building energy consuming.Then this article selects one hospital as the typical example and analyzes its energy consuming situation and energy saving benefits, simulates the building energy consuming with the help of De ST, builds the hospital architecture model based on drawings and verifies the model by applying the calibration simulation. By studying Wuhan climate characteristics and simulating the air conditioner load fluctuation within one whole year of 8760 hours, it concludes the maximum cooling load, the maximum thermal load and corresponding load indicators. Furthermore, it brings up the measurements of building energy saving which matches the local conditions and mainly includes maintenance structure and air conditioner system, analyzes the energy consuming before and after the change by using software, and calculates the amount of energy saving and the payback period of each alteration scheme.In all, the paper combines the practical examples and gives the energy saving methods of some hospitals, therefore providing corresponding references for the building energy saving of Wuhan hospitals. |
