As a special social public place,hospitals perform the important functions of saving lives and injuries,treating diseases and rescuing people.They are important carriers to meet people's basic health needs.Moreover,there are many departments in hospitals throughout the year.They provide all-weather diagnosis and treatment services for patients at any time.The use function of hospital buildings determines that they are.The most complex public building of all types.Medical buildings have special characteristics of energy use,and their energy consumption is more than two times that of other common public buildings.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out energy-saving work in hospital buildings without delay.On the premise of guaranteeing the normal development of the hospital,meeting the needs of patients,reducing the contradiction between doctors and patients,and improving the medical quality,it has become an important topic for the construction of the hospital to apply energy-saving technology to the new buildings and to transform the existing buildings to reduce the energy consumption and operation cost of the hospital buildings.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the energy consumption situation and characteristics of existing hospital buildings and fully tap the energy-saving potential of hospital buildings.Firstly,by consulting a large number of relevant documents,we can understand the development background and basic status of hospital buildings in China,investigate and find out the characteristics of energy use and energy consumption of hospital buildings,and classify the energy consumption of hospital buildings according to the basic rules of national building energy audit.In this paper,the method and application of hospital building energy audit are also introduced.In order to evaluate and compare the use mode and efficiency of different quality energy more scientifically and reasonably,a special energy conversion method,equivalent electrical conversion method,is introduced.Secondly,this paper uses the principle and method of energy audit to investigate and analyze the energy consumption of the 2 # ward building in the Eastern District of Yangzhou People's Hospital,and obtains the total energy consumption index per unit area and the energy consumption index of each sub-unit area of the hospital building.The method of calculating the energy consumption of each item.According to the results of energy audit,the renovation scheme of 2 # ward building in the East District of Yangzhou People's Hospital is put forward,and energy consumption simulation software DeST is used to audit and simulate the energy consumption of typical buildings.According to the basic data of building energy consumption and the information of building drawings,the geometric models of component buildings are simulated separately.The relationship between the building energy consumption load and the HVAC system energy consumption data was compared.With the help of DeST software,the influence of various factors of building envelope structure,air conditioning system and hot water system on building energy consumption is analyzed,the energy saving potential is studied,and the corresponding transformation measures are put forward.Finally,by comparing the actual operation energy consumption results before and after the transformation,the transformation measures are judged to be completely effective.
