With the continuous improvement of my country’s comprehensive transportation system,the role of the logistics industry in supporting the real economy in reducing costs and increasing efficiency has become increasingly obvious,especially the integrated development of railways and logistics,which further effectively reduces the overall cost of logistics and improves the overall efficiency and benefits of society.The relevant policy documents of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport clearly pointed out that relying on the national railway logistics hub to drive the large gathering and large circulation of various economic factors in the surrounding area.Related policies are an important guarantee for the development of railway logistics and affect railway logistics.The driving force of spatial orientation and layout.With railway hubs as the core research function layout,logistics center location issues,distribution service resource integration,etc.,relatively mature,but relatively few studies on the construction of railway logistics network from the macro level.The thesis combines the relevant theories of railway logistics development and constructs based on the perspective of time and space.Regional railway logistics network.The thesis systematically studies the theory and methods of railway logistics network construction,and puts forward the railway logistics research and development ideas of "basic theory-feature analysis-level evaluation-key identification-key planning-all-round development".First,based on the geographical perspective,the development status of railway logistics is studied.Based on the OD data of inter-regional railway logistics,the spatial pattern of railway logistics is described from the perspective of geographic distribution and flow relationship.Second,the improved PageRank algorithm is used to identify the key nodes of the network,the PLA method is used to identify the main structure of my country’s railway logistics network,the MLA method is used to identify the network level,and the PageRank value,MLA value and PLA result three index data are comprehensively considered to describe Out of the structure of my country’s railway logistics circle.Third,in order to improve the railway logistics network system and improve the efficiency of network operation,starting from the regional nodes and inter-regional railway logistics connections,the construction of regional railway logistics networks is studied from the perspective of time and space.The improved TOPSIS method based on orthogonal projection is used to measure the quality of railway logistics network nodes,and the gravity model is used to study railway logistics channels.Fourth,apply the GM(1,1)-GRNN combined forecasting model to predict the railway logistics demand,fully consider the railway logistics demand and supply conditions,build a railway logistics network system with railway logistics nodes as the core,and realize the improvement of railway logistics efficiency And the efficient connection of multimodal transport.Fifth,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is determined as the preferred railway logistics area through the structure of my country’s railway logistics circle.Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,a regional railway logistics network structure is constructed to verify the rationality and practicability of the paper’s method.Aiming at the railway logistics circle structure and the optimal areas represented by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the optimization countermeasures of my country’s railway logistics network are proposed.
