| With the development of society and economy,the development direction of intelligent and lean engineering construction is determined by the urgent need to improve the industrialization and informatization of construction in China.At present,the traditional concrete structure construction in our country continues the extensive production mode with low mechanization degree,insufficient information level and backward technical system,which seriously affects the construction quality and construction speed.Therefore,in promoting the process of building industrialization in China,it is of great theoretical value and practical to explore the new construction technology of concrete automatic pouring and to carry out intelligent construction research based on concrete pouring technology.Firstly,the paper studies the evolution and development of concrete technology and related theories and technical systems by combing the development history of engineering construction at home and abroad.Through comparative analysis,the problems and shortcomings of China’s traditional construction mode are found out,so as to find a technical strategy to solve this problem.This paper focuses on BIM as the basic information platform,studies the technology route of intelligent pouring technology and device,such as printing of building 3D,formwork frame of current construction system,and other mechanical equipment,combs the intelligent construction theory characterized by intelligent design and planning,intelligent equipment and construction,intelligent management and operation and maintenance,and expounds the new cast-in-place concrete structure workers Based on the supporting technology of industrial intelligent construction,the theoretical framework and technical system of intelligent concrete pouring method based on BIM are constructed.Secondly,from the design of process components,the parametric modeling method of concrete structural members based on BIM is introduced to solve the storage,extraction and utilization of BIM model information.based on the printing principle 3D building,combined with the pouring technology of the components,the data processing of the model components such as beam,plate and column is carried out,the process of integration of component model to process model is explored,and the Revit secondary development and application research based on BIM platform is carried out to realize the intelligent construction of integrated pouring equipment.At the same time,the three-dimensional design of two kinds of integrated pouring devices,the arm type and the frame type,are studied.The family library which matches the function of the pouring device is created,and the process flow corresponding to the intelligent pouring device is briefly analyzed,and the corresponding development ideas are put forward for the movement,control and feed system of the pouring device.At the same time,the link between the BIM model and the finite element software model is studied to check the bearing capacity and stability of the pouring device and the outer frame under different working conditions,so as to realize the quick checking and optimization of the structure of the pouring device and improve the design efficiency.The paper finally constructs a digital application and management model based on BIM to integrate the information generated by concrete pouring construction,and puts forward the development idea of intelligent concrete pouring document management system based on BIM.The feasibility of of intelligent concrete pouring method is verified by introducing mathematical comprehensive evaluation system.The research of intelligent concrete pouring technology cannot only enrich the theory and practice of the existing construction system,but also bring a new angle of view to the in-situ industrialization and semi-automatic construction of the prefabricated and cast-in-place integral buildings. |
