Study On The Small Scale Transformation Strategy Of The Public Space System Of The Urban Village In Neighboring University

With the rapid increase of urbanization,the changes of villages in the city reflect the continuous changes of the surrounding environment.The village in the city adjacent to the university is a supplement to the functional space of the university campus,such as accommodation,catering,shopping,entrepreneurship base,etc.These space demands from colleges and universities have brought impetus to the transformation and development of urban vilages in neighboring university,At the same time,the spontaneous and informal development mode of the urban villages in neighboring University and the unified top-down planning of the campus constitute different urban scenes and spatial development logic,On the other hand,with the rapid development of economy,the influx of a large number of people from villages in neighboring schools has brought a huge impact on their public space,The village public facilities and the original public space have been unable to meet people’s daily needs of public activities.All kinds of problems need to be solved.From the point of view of urban material environment design,this paper focuses on the reconstruction of Pingshan village public space in neighboring Shenzhen University City.By comparing with guimiao new village,another school village in Shenzhen,this paper discusses the principles and Strategies of the small scale transformation of public space system,so as to achieve the goal of balance and sustainable development of urban space and surrounding environment.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter clarifies the research purpose,significance and research methods through the summary of the background,value and related theories and cases at home and abroad.The second chapter defines the concept of urban vilage in neighboring university,public space and small scale transformation,analyzes the causes and basic characteristics of the formation of the urban vilage in neighboring university;the third chapter combs the development process of Pingshan village and the transformation process of the village spatial form through literature reading and field investigation and visits,and preliminarily discusses the spatial form elements of the current situation of the structure in the urban vilage in neighboring university(diagram bottom relationship,space Structure,spatial function,spatial interface,spatial scale,spatial node),summed up the basic morphological characteristics of the village public space system.The fourth chapter summarizes the behavior characteristics and spatial use of different groups of people in the public space in Pingshan village and guimiao new village through observation and recording,and analyzes the characteristics and commonness of different groups of people’s behavior patterns under different spatial characteristics;the fifth chapter analyzes the value and problems under the urban system based on the previous investigation of spatial morphology and spatial use,trying to Tap the potential of transformation,and then construct the principles and Strategies of transformation design for specific places.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of this paper.In order to provide practical and principled reference for the reconstruction of public space under the current comprehensive renovation policy of Pingshan village.
