The artillery chamber parameters are an important indicator that affects the performance of the artillery.Accurate chamber parameters can ensure that the projectiles obtain the required initial velocity and shooting direction in the chamber,which directly affects the shooting accuracy,shooting accuracy and shooting safety of the artillery.Combat effectiveness evaluation index.Therefore,it is an indispensable step to accurately measure the changes in the parameters of the gun chamber.However,because the gun chamber is a multi-section combined conical deep tube with variable diameter,the inner diameter of the tube has a wide range of changes,the tube is longer,there are inflection points between the vertebral bodies,and the measuring instrument is limited by sensor technology,etc.,which makes the parameters of the artillery chamber intelligent.The measurement is difficult,and it is also a difficult problem for the domestic military industry.Based on the research on the measurement principle of the static parameters of the artillery chamber and the structure and working principle of the measurement system,this paper uses laser displacement intelligent sensing technology,laser measuring head noncentering diameter measurement technology,motor drive control technology,and incremental Based on the displacement measurement technology of linear grating ruler,linear array CCD drive and(Improved Adaptive Genetic Algorithm,IAGA)image point positioning technology,signal acquisition,transmission and processing technology,a set of intelligent measurement system for automatic measurement of gun chamber parameters was designed and developed.It solves the current situation that the measurement of the parameters of the drug room in China is still manually driven by the measurement structure and the contact measurement.The principle of the measurement method in this article is simple,it gives full play to the application advantages of photoelectric detection technology and smart sensor in measurement technology,and it is suitable for the measurement of chamber parameters of different models and multiple calibers.The experimental results show that the gun chamber parameter measurement system has stable performance and high measurement accuracy.The measurement accuracy of axial depth and radial displacement are both less than 0.1mm.The relative error of the volume measurement of the chamber is0.296%,which meets the index requirements of the system design.
