Earthquake disaster has been a serious threat to the safety of human life and property.At the same time,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the process of urbanization is accelerated,and more and more people are gathered in cities.Buildings are increasingly seeking height and distinction.At present,China has become a country with the largest number of high-rise buildings in the world.Conventional seismic design methods have limitations in the realization of the goal of earthquake protection,which often cause serious economic losses under earthquake effect.The performance-based aseismic design method overcomes the shortcoming of fuzzy performance level judgment in traditional aseismic design method and has been gradually applied to the aseismic design of complex high-rise buildings.At present,there are few performance-based seismic design and analysis for high-rise building structures with complex structural layout and eccentricity of components.Taking complex high-rise building structure for example,the performance-based aseismic design and analysis are carried out,and the application of performance-based aseismic design method in this kind of high-rise building is discussed,and the aseismic performance under small earthquake effect and large earthquake is checked.Firstly,under small earthquakes effect,YJK and Midas Building structural design and analysis software are used to design and check the performance of structural components under multiple earthquakes effect by using the mode decomposition response spectrum method.In order to better structure seismic response of the real reaction,using YJK software according to the specification of selected wave principle to select the natural wave and the two artificial wave to more severe earthquake under the action of the elastic time history analysis of calculation,the calculation and the result was compared with CQC method,under the action of minor earthquakes performance check and revise the CQC method of partial results are.Then,using the Pushover analysis method,the finite element analysis software Midas Building is used to analyze and check the seismic performance of the Building structure under the seismic force-intensity earthquake action.Finally,Midas Building is used to analyze the elastoplastic time-history of the structure under rare earthquake action and check its performance under rare earthquake effect.Through the above seismic design analysis and verification,it is concluded that the seismic design method based on seismic performance does overcome the problems existing in the realization of the seismic fortification goal of medium and large earthquakes in the conventional seismic design method.The effectiveness of performance-based seismic design method in the seismic design of complex high-rise building structures is verified,and it provides a reference for the seismic design of such complex high-rise building structure.
