Application Research Of Lean Supply Chain Management In A Company

Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of our country’s economy and continuous advancement of technology,market competition has become increasingly fierce.In order to improve profits and enhance market competitiveness,the attention of enterprises is bound to shift from the internal production process to the whole supply chain system.Effective supply chain management has gradually become a strong support for the core competitiveness of modern enterprises.Lean supply chain management is a kind of management method in the process from product design to customer consumption,in which the enterprise integrates every step and every partner,so as to respond to the changing needs of customers quickly and reduce the waste.This paper aims to study the lean management of the supply chain.On the basis of referring to the research results and literature,this paper comprehensively uses different research methods,and applies lean thinking to the supply chain management of A company,in order to effectively solve the problems in the supply chain management.Firstly,through in-depth analysis of A company’s supply chain management,and based on the problems that were sorted out as well as the idea of lean management,an optimization plan was designed,and lean optimization strategies were formulated in each specific process: The establishment of lean supply chain strategic alliance can solve the problem of lack of coordination and cooperation among the members of the supply chain and enhance the efficiency of the supply chain;the standardization of procurement system,the adjustment of procurement mode and the establishment of price files can improve the level of procurement management and reduce costs;the use of warehouse management system(WMS system)and ABC classification management method can improve the level of inventory management,reduce the backlog of inventory,and thereby reduce the total cost of the company;the establishment of a logistics transportation system can realize real-time tracking of logistics information;the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can help to screen out high-quality logistics suppliers and improve the overall efficiency of the company.Finally,the paper designs a guarantee system for the implementation of lean supply chain management of A company,including system guarantee,organization guarantee and market guarantee and so on,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the lean management strategy of the company.Through the research of this paper,we can build a management system which is consistent with A company.It has very important theoretical and practical significance for improving the product quality,eliminating the cost waste,improving the operation efficiency and enhancing the market rapid response ability of the enterprise.
