In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy and society,emerging technologies and technologies in the construction industry have emerged.The prefabricated construction industry is more complex than the traditional construction industry.It has a long construction period and a large investment.Not only that,but the suppliers and subcontractors involved are huge,the process and supply and demand relationship are extremely complicated,and the supply chain has changed from the original centralized supply chain to the distributed supply chain.Therefore,there are more uncertain factors in the prefabricated building supply chain,and the risks brought by it are more.The assembly-type building supply chain management has not yet formed an effective collaborative management system,which affects the realization of the assembly-building construction goals.Through the analysis and improvement of the existing assembly chain supply chain management model,starting from each node in the supply chain,a new model of collaborative construction supply chain collaborative management under the lean construction idea is constructed.This paper studies the collaborative management of the prefabricated building supply chain,and proposes the difficulties and solutions in the supply chain collaborative management.The research content and innovations are mainly reflected in the following four aspects:(1)Establish a dimensional model of the entire life cycle of fabricated buildings from the three dimensions of construction process,stakeholders and construction technology,and analyze the mutual promotion relationship between lean construction and fabricated construction,as well as supply chain operation and assembly construction and Whether the theoretical system is appropriate or not,and improve the implementation framework of the theoretical system.(2)Propose the plan optimization and lean control method for the collaborative operation chain of the assembly building supply chain,and build an information collaborative sharing platform.Based on the decomposition and analysis of the prefabricated building function,the logistics,capital flow and information flow between the main activities and between the main bodies are further analyzed to optimize the dependence between the main activities and the supply chain.relationship.(3)Apply lean thinking to collaborative building supply chain collaborative management,and the supply chain is composed of the owner,design unit,general contractor,logistics party,property management party,consulting unit,material equipment supplier,component production and installation,professional subcontractor,end user,recycler,government department and scientific research unit.Then builds a collaborative building supply chain coordination platform that relies on BIM technology driven by lean.(4)Constructing a collaborative management mechanism for the assembled building supply chain,and solving the secondary supply chain formed by the component supplier and the assembly building contractor,knowing that the process of information sharing is accompanied by the cost,but the supply chain The overall effect will be improved.The numerical example analysis method can verify the effectiveness of the benefit distribution method and achieve the overall benefit improvement.The research results enrich and perfect the collaborative management theory of fabricated building supply chain,and have certain guidance and reference for the whole life cycle collaborative management practice of fabricated building projects.
