| Underground space is an important part of urban three-dimensional development,which is constantly expanding and enriching in the process of urban development.During the initial investigation,it was found that the underground commercial street lacked systematic management,the indoor space design lacked commercial vitality,the facilities in the underground commercial street were old and damaged,and there were still some limitations in its development and utilization,such as the single function and unreasonable design of the space moving line.As a part of the urban system,the underground commercial street must consider the customer experience.POE(Post-Occupancy Evaluation)is an evaluation method commonly used in space design,which can understand users’ feelings about space.By applying POE theory in underground commercial street,we can have a deeper understanding of users’ needs,evaluate the performance of commercial space,understand the market demand and development trend,and thus improve the efficiency and satisfaction of underground commercial street.This thesis takes the completed underground commercial street in Nanning,Guangxi as the evaluation object,and selects four representative underground commercial street cases,including Nanning Baijiahui Popular Front Underground Commercial Street,Xinnancang Underground Commercial Street(Langxi Station),Maitianli Underground Commercial Street(Fujianyuan Station)and Xinanshangdu Parkson Underground Pedestrian Street.In practice,it is divided into two parts.The first part is space field observation and research,and the second part is a questionnaire survey of space users.Through quantitative and qualitative research methods,this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of underground commercial space,and finally draws a conclusion and puts forward design strategies.In the application stage,the design project is selected as the underground commercial street of Fujian Garden Station.The simulation experiment is used to evaluate the space experience and verify the rationality of the design.The research results show that by using POE evaluation method,designers can understand users’ feedback and demand for design,so as to improve and optimize the design.This helps to ensure that the design meets the expectations of users and improve the utilization rate and profitability of commercial streets.The quantitative and qualitative research method can help designers identify the problems and defects of underground commercial streets more accurately,deeply analyze the data,and understand users’ feelings and expectations of underground commercial streets,and thus put forward a more scientific and reasonable improvement plan,which is of great significance to the formulation of evaluation system and design strategy of underground commercial streets in the future. |
