| Commercial space is an important part of urban space.The quality and vitality of commercial space have a decisive influence on the quality of urban space.Years of observations have found that many well-designed and constructed commercial spaces present two completely different operating conditions.Some are well-designed and vigorous,while others are vacant after changing hands after changing hands.Some are not far away.Well-designed storefronts along the street and even many commercial spaces formed spontaneously on the ground floor of resettlement houses are full of market atmosphere.Preliminary research shows that there is a close relationship between the vitality of commercial space and urban material space.In order to better reveal the underlying reasons for these phenomena,and to understand the relationship between commercial space and urban physical space,to guide future urban and architectural design and renewal practices,this article selects about 4.52 square kilometers in the Nanchang Fenghuangzhou area to build.The area scope is taken as a research case.Through in-depth analysis of the physical space form,on the basis of presenting the physical space form characteristics,commercial space distribution characteristics,commercial space form characteristics,location and commercial space vitality characteristics of the area,further revealing the commercial space and the city The morphological relevance of the elements of physical space such as transportation facilities,cultural facilities,residential areas,public spaces and educational facilities.The research carried out in this article has two meanings: firstly,it has important reference and guiding significance for the future urban renewal and improvement of Nanchang Fenghuangzhou area,and even the planning and design practice in other areas;secondly,it has important reference and guiding significance for cities of the same type.Design and urban form research have certain reference and reference value. |
