Since the reform and development,the rapid development of China’s construction industry is constantly breaking the world record.But the construction industry is facing great pressure such as high-tech update and rapid iteration,and many problems in project management need to be solved.With the development of Internet technology,all the participants of the project hope to solve the project management problems with the opportunity brought by the development of the Internet.Therefore,the information management of the project has become the focus of the development of the construction field.In 2003,BIM Technology was introduced into China,which made a revolution in the field of construction industry in China,which accelerated the development of information technology in China.In recent years,the combination of BIM Technology and traditional integrated management platform has become a hot spot.The introduction of BIM Technology in traditional management platform can manage the whole life cycle of engineering projects,and make full use of the advantages and characteristics of BIM Technology,and improve the level of engineering project information.Therefore,this paper will study the relevant theories involved in BIM integrated management platform,research and select the technologies involved in the development of BIM integrated management platform,so as to realize the BIM integrated management platform based on the actual project under the support of technology and theory.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)research and comb the evolution process of BIM integrated management platform and its related concepts and theories;(2)research and learn the existing website development technology in the market.The development of BIM integrated management platform chooses Java EE enterprise development technology,and the framework technology of platform back-end development is SSH(spring spring MVC hibernate)The main technology of front end development is j Query and j Query Easy UI;(3)according to the actual project management needs,the BIM integrated management platform is initially developed.The management modules include BIM platform user management,platform login log management,project construction log management,BIM model online browsing module,project labor management module,etc.;(4)based on the construction drawings of Xiangshan bridge,the bridge parametric modeling is carried out by using the software of Revit,and In the self-developed BIM management platform,the BIM model of bridge can be browsed online by introducing the bimface lightweight engine.Due to time,manpower,material resources,financial resources and other realistic objective factors,the platform has developed some functional modules,which is called "BIM integrated management platform framework" in this paper.This paper provides the construction process and development ideas of the platform,which is helpful to break through the limitations of market technical barriers.With the support of selected technology and theory,it is convenient for later scholars to invest more time The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework suitable for most of the management platforms,and to provide technical support and reference for future researchers in the field of BIM integrated management platform. |
