| With the continuous development of prefabricated building,information technology represented by BIM and IoT is gradually being applied to construction projects,and the level of informationization in design and construction is constantly improving.In the traditional building design and construction process,participants did not fully share their information,resulting in designs that did not meet actual construction conditions.This led to more changes in component design,which in turn had an adverse impact on the project’s progress,quality,and cost.At the same time,during the construction phase,information isolation among participating parties led to a lack of linkage in the production,transportation,and lifting schemes of each component,and the construction progress was often affected by conflicting schemes from various parties.Therefore,it is necessary to determine how to use BIM and IoT technology to achieve collaborative design among all parties in the design phase and coordination among all parties in the construction phase.This article focuses on the design,production,transportation,and lifting process of prefabricated components and analyzes design collaboration in the design phase and planning collaboration in the construction phase based on BIM and IoT technology.The following aspects are mainly studied:Firstly,the collaborative theory and organizational management theory are used to optimize the collaborative design process between the construction and design parties and the transportation in the design phase.By analyzing the problems faced by each party,optimization methods for component design under the BIM collaborative management platform are proposed to avoid subsequent changes in component design,laying the foundation for the formulation and implementation of collaborative schemes among all parties in the construction phase.Secondly,in the early stage of archival construction,the problem of mismatch between transportation fleet construction and collaborative planning is studied using organizational management theory,and a collaborative management task processing mechanism is established.By analyzing the requirements of collaborative management and planning and using a mathematical model,the relationship between quality records and transportation plans is established to achieve planning coordination among all parties.Thirdly,a material tracking management method for the entire process of component production,transportation,and lifting for all participating parties is proposed,based on field research and leveraging BIM+IoT technology.Finally,by analyzing the basic system and functional design of the collaborative management platform and combining it with cases,specific implementation methods for collaborative management and planning under the collaborative management platform are proposed to address problems in its application. |
