Research On Facility Layout Optimization Of Hospital Outpatient Building Based On SLP Analysis Method

The layout of the outpatient building has increasingly become an important factor that restricts the service quality of the hospital and affects the experience of the patients.The layout basis and scheme selection are the key points of the layout of the outpatient building of the new hospital and the optimization of the scheme of the existing hospital.Different facility layout means different flow lines for patients in the outpatient department building,which will directly affect the efficiency of patients and the operating efficiency of the hospital.Therefore,it is necessary for hospitals to choose a scientific and reasonable arrangement of facilities.This will lead to two key issues: First,how to determine the basis of facility layout and the related factors affecting the facility layout;Secondly,how to rationalize the facility layout design of the functional area in the outpatient building according to the related factors of facility layout.These two problems can be solved by SLP analysis method in industrial engineering system,which has achieved good application effect in the facility layout of building space such as factory workshop,warehouse,supermarket,airport and so on.To sum up,SLP analysis method is introduced into the spatial layout planning of hospital buildings,and the layout of facilities in the outpatient building is explored based on the analysis of the comprehensive relationship between each functional unit inside the outpatient building,which will become a new idea to alleviate the development dilemma of the hospital.This article from the following three parts to carry out the outpatient building facilities layout related factors and specific optimal layout of the path of research.Among them,the first part is to study the types of outpatient building facilities layout and related influencing factors.Firstly,define the research samples of this study;Secondly,the functional organization structure and spatial layout types of the outpatient building are summarized by sorting out and counting the survey information of the sample hospitals.Finally,from the quantitative and non-quantitative points of view,the relevant factors affecting the layout of facilities are comprehensively screened.The second part is based on SLP analysis of XZY hospital outpatient building facility layout analysis.Firstly,the medical service information,detailed facility layout and disease treatment process of the outpatient building of XZY Hospital were analyzed.Secondly,from the perspective of the five basic factors of the system layout design,the facility layout in the outpatient building is analyzed,and the necessity of the facility layout optimization is analyzed.Finally,according to the analysis process of SLP analysis,the comprehensive relationship,comprehensive proximity and location correlation diagram of the clinic units in the outpatient building are determined.The third part is based on SLP analysis of XZY hospital outpatient building facility layout optimization.Firstly,based on the existing analysis results,the optimization principle of the outpatient building facility layout is put forward,and the optimization scheme of the 1～4 floors of the outpatient building in XZY Hospital is drawn up.Then,the implementation effects of the plan before and after optimization were compared and analyzed from the three aspects of the distance to visit,building energy consumption and mobility.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures to the existing problems in the concrete process of implementation of the optimization scheme.Based on the consulting project of the Chinese Academy of Engineering "Research on the Present Situation and Energy Saving of Building Energy Consumption in National Class A Third Class Hospitals(2018-XY-27)",this paper aims to explore the optimization method of the specific facility layout of the outpatient building by analyzing the relevant influencing factors of the facility layout of the outpatient building.So as to provide reference for other similar hospital outpatient building facility layout and optimization design.
