| With the overall poverty eradication of the country,public infrastructure needs become one of the key points in people’s pursuit of a better life,and people’s livelihood projects are the top priority.In recent years,the government is slowly increasing investment in public facility to meet the demands of local residents,and improve the quality of life.Hospital buildings,as one of the most typical public buildings,have attracted the attention of the local government and residents.Nevertheless,hospital buildings have the characteristics of complex system,non-duplication,diversified shapes,difficult construction management and high technical requirements.The construction difficulty of the project is greatly increased.As a new project management technology,BIM technology has been widely used in various projects under the vigorous implementation of the country and industry.It has brought significant benefits to various stages of project planning,design,construction and operation and maintenance.BIM technology has also been applied to the construction management of hospital projects.This paper takes the outpatient complex building of a three-a Chinese medicine hospital in Handan as the research background,through the deep application of BIM technology,to ensure the realization of the project construction management objectives.The specific contents of the study are as follows:(1)Starting from the current research status of BIM technology and the characteristics of medical architecture,it introduces the concept and characteristics of BIM technology,summarizes the BIM application content of various stages and the BIM application benefits of hospital projects,analyzes the emphases and difficulties of this project,and formulates the BIM working mechanism to lay the foundation for the smooth application of BIM technology.(2)According to the project application requirements,the relevant BIM model is established,and specific application of project site planning,progress management,quality management and safety management through BIM technology.From the aspects of optimization layout,simulation construction,scheme determination,drawing joint review,pipeline deepening synthesis,complex node disclosure,ward decoration scheme demonstration,realize the scientific layout of the project site,optimize the schedule and management process of the project,improve the quality level of the project,and reduce the safety risk of the project.Through the lightweight platform,the computer end and the mobile end can be transferred and used to improve the efficiency of site management of construction personnel,and use Lumion software to visualize the hospital decoration scheme.Discover decoration design defects in advance,for workers reference later decoration,enhance the corporate image.(3)Finally,based on building model,the application of BIM technology in hospital evacuation is studied.The BIM model is imported into Pathfinder software,the accurate evacuation model is established,and the actual case data are compared and analyzed.The best evacuation mode is obtained.The obvious advantages of the evacuation simulation based on BIM technology are verified.Before the hospital is put into use,the evacuation plan is determined by simulation,the evacuation problem is found,the evacuation suggestion and countermeasures are put forward,the evacuation plan is established based on the simulation result,and the evacuation plan is guided in the emergency situation,which lays the foundation for safe operation. |
