| Fuzhou,as the birthplace of Fujian and Vietnam culture,has a long history of development.Under the influence of Fujian and Vietnam culture,Central Plains culture and foreign culture,it has bred different architectural forms.The building materials,space forms and construction techniques of these buildings have well adapted to the regional environment characteristics of Fuzhou.Chailancuo is the most common form of residential buildings in Fuzhou.They are simple in shape and flexible in layout.They play a great role in meeting the urban function and the needs of residents’ lives,and also the concentrated embodiment of Fuzhou regional culture.These buildings with traditional and ecological characteristics have formed the spatial characteristics of unique residence in the process of historical evolution,and have good adaptation to the characteristics of culture,climate and social environment,which can be used for reference in dealing with the contradiction between modern architecture and urban development environment.This paper starts from the perspective of spatial adaptability,first of all,classifies and discusses the chailancuo,and makes a wide survey and measurement of the spatial construction elements such as planning and location,group combination,spatial scale,plane layout,functional division,structure form and enclosure components.Secondly,the paper extracts the spatial elements of the chailancuo residence,establishes the spatial prototype,and extracts five kinds of spatial archetypes combined with the senpell theory,and explores the space construction mode.The paper also explores the spatial mode and adaptability characteristics of chailancuo residence from three key elements of society,culture and climate.The wind environment,lighting and thermal performance of chailancuo residential buildings are simulated and analyzed by using Phoenix,Ecotect and De ST software,and the ecological performance of chailancuo in different spatial forms is compared,The paper explores the fit point between the traditional residential buildings and the modern green buildings in terms of climate adaptability.Finally,the paper summarizes the spatial characteristics and evolution trend of the chailancuo residence,and puts forward the adaptive strategies for long-term development.Based on the research,combined with the case of the reconstruction of modern chailancuo,the advantages and disadvantages of the transformation are analyzed.The traditional construction wisdom is applied to the traditional building transformation,and the modern utilization value of chailan house is studied and the feasible transformation scheme is put forward.From the perspective of space adaptability and combining with modern technology,the paper scientifically protects and transforms the chailancuo residence,and makes the best use of the material,so that the traditional folk houses can reappear its value in the present society. |
