Research On The Protection And Changes Of Chenlu Historical And Cultural Town (2008-2020)

Chenlu is a famous ceramic town in ancient and modern times,and is known as the "Oriental Ancient Porcelain Town".In 2006,the ancient kiln site of Chenlu was announced as the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units;in 2006,the firing technique of Yao porcelain was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list;in 2008,the ancient town of Chenlu was named The fourth batch of famous historical and cultural towns in China,in the same year,the "Protection Plan for the Famous Historical and Cultural Town in Shanxi Province-Chenlu Town" was compiled,and the planning period is from 2008 to 2020.With the implementation of the protection work,the style and appearance of the ancient town has changed,and there have been many protective destructions of cultural relics.Therefore,the research on the ancient town is urgent and important.In order to protect the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient town of Chenlu,this article takes the central area of the ancient town of Chenlu as the research object,based on the "Protection Plan for the Famous Historical and Cultural Town of Shanxi Province—Chenlu Town" compiled in 2008,with a planning period(2008-2020))Internal comparative analysis is the research idea.Through literature research,research visits,sociological survey,comparative research,system analysis and other methods,the understanding of the constituent elements of Chenlu heritage and its changes in2008-2020,including township structure,Site remains,architectural resources,intangible cultural heritage,etc.Based on the analysis of the changes and the investigation of the preservation situation,standing at the final node of the planning period,using the protection plan as the criterion to analyze the protection practice of Chenlu in recent years,first analyze whether the protection work has implemented the "Protection Plan for the Famous Historical and Cultural Town in Shanxi Province-Chenlu Town" Secondly,analyze the main body of project construction,list “protective” and “destructive”construction practices,and criticize destructive construction intervention;re-analyze township management systems and policies,and examine protection practices from the management level Work;finally analyzed other subsequent planning and construction documents of the ancient town,and found the contradictions between the contents of the planning.Through the analysis of changes and protection,it points out the problems faced by protection,and proposes improvement measures.Based on the analysis of the characteristic elements of Chenlu within a certain period of time,this study constructs an analysis system focusing on implementation effects,and finds a cultural heritage protection model suitable for Chenlu to provide reference and reference for future government construction practices.It not only has practical significance for the protection work practice of Chenlu Ancient Town,but also provides reference and reference for other famous historical and cultural villages and towns.
