Research On The Protection And Development Of Historical Cities And Towns On The Silk Road

In 2007,Huiyuan was approved by the State Council as the third famous historical and cultural town in China.Its historical and cultural core area,the ancient city of Hui Yuan,is the residence of the Supreme Administrative and military commander of Yili in the north and south of the Qing Dynasty.It is the head of the "Yili nine cities" famous civilization both at China and abroad.As the political,economic,military and cultural center of Xinjiang,Xinjiang has been the typical representative of the frontier military city in Chinese history for more than 150 years.It is also a historic town that has remained relatively complete ancient city pattern.With the "The Belt and Road" and the new urbanization strategy to promote the country,facing the dual mission of the ancient city of Huiyuan ancient city protection under the impact of economic development and sustainable development.Therefore,the overall protection and sustainable development of Huiyuan ancient city,which is the core historical resource of Huiyuan Town,has important academic and practical significance,and it is also one of the important topics of the protection and inheritance of Silk Road culture.Based on the theories,methods and related cases of historical urban protection at China and abroad,this paper uses historical geography,urban morphology and interdisciplinary research methods to evaluate the factors of the historical and cultural resources of Huiyuan ancient city and its temporal and spatial characteristics,combined with the historical resources and the protection status of the ancient city.Based on the principle of organic combination of protection and development,we would like to study its coping strategies of protection and development.Based on the actual problems existing in the ancient city of Hui Yuan,this paper combs the research background,purpose and significance,research object,content,method and research framework.Through the study of the historical and geographical basis of the development of Huiyuan ancient city,the development of Huiyuan ancient city has experienced four stages,namely,"building the City West,keeping the frontier"(1763-1793),"the population increase,the East extension old city"(1793-1871),"the old city was destroyed,and then the new town"(1893-1911),"passed through the war and passed on to the present(1911 to present)",which was built in 1893 and continued to this day and was named as the national key protection unit in 2013,and today we also call Hui Yuanxin The city is the ancient city of Huiyuan.Through a thorough study of the historical and cultural resources of the ancient city of Huiyuan,the historical and cultural resources of the ancient city are divided into three types,"political,military,and living",and the present situation of their survival is studied.The research shows that the ancient city of Huiyuan faces the problems of "historical and cultural resources of the vein fracture","memory discrete ancient city space structure","space split canal system and ancient city wall".Through the establishment of the evaluation index frame of Huiyuan ancient city,the historical and cultural resources of Huiyuan ancient city were quantified and evaluated.According to the evaluation results,the value of the ancient city was mainly manifested in three aspects: the architectural heritage of the ancient city,the vein value of the ancient city and the integration of the ancient city.Then from the perspective of the heritage of the ancient city,according to the status quo and the value characteristics of the ancient city,the whole protection strategy of "structural association",the renewal strategy of "memory continuation" of the cross street,the suture strategy of the ancient city and the appropriate repair strategy are put forward,and the core of the historical and cultural memory is to be protected as the core.T Based on the purpose of cultural heritage,we explore the objectives and ways of the protection and sustainable development of the ancient city.At the same time,aiming at the development dilemma of the ancient city,the strategy of "making the cultural tourism node of the Silk Road,making the vivid image of the ancient city,the development of the historical resources' activation 'development,the integration and development of the multi industry and the improvement of the ancient city management guarantee system" is put forward to realize the sustainable development of the conservation regeneration of the ancient city.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Combining the protection of the ancient city of Huiyuan,from the perspective of the protection and inheritance of the cultural vein,the ways and strategies for the protection of the ancient city based on the inheritance of the context are put forward.(2)Relying on the value characteristics of the historical and cultural resources of the ancient city,the sustainable development strategy of the ancient city based on conservation regeneration is formulated.
