The Historical And Cultural Heritage’s Research And Adaptive Protection Of The Ancient Town Of Puzhou

China has vast geographical area, and the significal difference between North andSouth. The vliiages and towns, which are occupy most of the land area of country,constitute a rich and colorful, unique local culture. Some of the historical remains huge orthe overall style of well preserved historic remains huge or the overall style of wellpreserved historic village was named “Historical and Cultural Village(town)”, thesehistorical and culturical villages or towns carry the historical memorise and culturalcontexts of China, they are important folk culture treasure. In recent years, with thedevelopment of economy, the urbanization speed up the pace of life, ruralresidents’improvement of facilities requirements have also increased, resulting that thedestruction of historical and cultural villages more serious, especially for the importantelements of historical and cultural heritage, and for the characteristics of historical andcultural villages. Thus, the establishment and implementation of protection measues ofhistorical and cultural villages protection, especially for the study of historical andcultural heritage which related to the protection of theory and practice, is forced in thecorner.This paper relies on the actual project of “Protection planning about the historical andcultural town of Puzhou in Shanxi Province” in2013-2014, and carrying on detailedinvestigation to abundant but severe destruction of historical and cultural relics whichspreading over a number of villages in Puzhou Town.Based on the assessment criteria ofthe history and culture of the town, considering the particularity of the town of Puzhouremains to formulate a comprehensive evaluation, form the standard of Puzhou town historical and cultural heritage. Then divide these heritages into the corresponding grade that inaccord with the actural local Puzhou Town, in order to have the practice guidance andsignificance.In broad sense, historical and cultural heritage include the tangible and intangiblerelics and artifacts in the creation and the legacy of the process of the development ofnature and human society. The narrow sense refers only to tangible relics and artifacts in the development of human society, which also known as material cultural relics.This article in the "historical and cultural relics" is on the narrow concept.
